저도 마찬가지로 pip install beautifulsoup4를 terminal창에서 실행해서 오류가 났는데요

• pip : 'pip' 용어가 cmdlet, 함수, 스크립트 파일 또는 실행할 수 있는 프로그램 이름으로 인식되지 않습니다.

파이썬 설치 삭제 없이, 환경변수를 추가해 주니 해결되었습니다.

윈도우(우클릭) > 시스템 > 고급 시스템 설정 > 환경변수 > 시스템변수 > Path 선택 > 편집

에서 아래의 두 경로를 추가해 주었습니다.

C:\Python39
C:\Python39\Scripts
