R studio 설치시 Warning message

R 먼저 설치 후 R studio를 설치했는데 선생님께서 진행하시는 창과 달리 이런 오류 메세지가 뜨는데 어떻게 해결하면 될까요? 이대로도 사용이 가능한가요?
