여기서 누르면

그담에 뷰가 렌더링되는데요
처음에 들어가면 저기 숫자 0이 계속 적혀있어요 ...

안녕하세요. jung님, 공식 서포터즈 OMG입니다.
Person클래스가 어떤 구조인지 모르겠으나,
아래와 같이 생성자에 별도로 int 타입의 변수를 초기화하지 않는다면 int의 기본 값은 0으로 초기화 됩니다.
반면 String은 null로 초기화되어 html에서 표기되지 않았습니다.

private int age;
private String name;
public Person () {
age = 10;
}
}
