강사님 회원가입부터가 안됩니다..에러를 모르겠어요..

에러는 따로 뜨지않고 

리덕스로 왜 안가나 확인할때

이렇게 뜹니다....

보일럿프로젝트는 강사님꺼에서 받아와서dev.js부분만 수정했습니다..따로 수정해야 하는 부분이 있나요...?
