과제제출에 오류가 납니다.

conda create -n base python=3.6을 cmd에 쓰니

CondaValueError: The target prefix is the base prefix. Aborting.

라고 나오면 어떻게 해야할까요?

conda activate base

 pip install -U backend.ai-client==19.03.2

후에 다시 실행 부탁드립니다.
