버전 4로 맞춰서 하셔야됩니다. 위에꺼 실행해보시겠어요?

감사합니다 선생님 . 노드 버전을 10으로 낮추고 파이썬 버전을 2.7로 낮추고 나서 

 npm install --global --production windows-build-tools

npm install --global node-gyp 

진행하고 나서 truffle 설치하니까 잘 됐습니다.
