They say that in order to make a service successful, you need to plan the service. The number of people who dream of becoming service planners or UX planners has also increased significantly. However, when you say 'planning', it sounds like an ambiguous area. Defining service planning

In fact, the job title of 'planner' is bound to be ambiguous. In order to create a service and release it to the market, there are many processes that must be completed, but there is no place in the process that planning does not touch. Therefore, the work or definition is often different depending on the company, system, or industry to which it belongs.             UX/UI 분야를 한 번 정리하기에 좋은 내용인 듯 합니다. 무료 콘텐츠라 접근성도 좋고, 부담없이 들을 수 있어 좋습니다. 아쉬운 점은 음성을 한 번에 녹음하셔서 그런지 중간 중간에 잡음도 들릴 때도 있고 끝 부분에는 후다닥 끝나는 느낌이라 아쉽지만, 그만큼 편집이 없어서 강사님이 약간 TMI 뿌릴 때도 있어서 좋아요.
