Don't Work Alone! An AI E-Commerce Team Built with Claude

Do you paste in the sales table every week, check shipping inquiries, and rewrite reports? Become the operator of the virtual shopping mall Moa Life and assign tasks to Claude in Korean. This 30-lesson hands-on course covers everything from connecting data to Google Sheets calculations, dashboards, artifact reports, customer and shipping verification, and reusing your own custom skills. You’ll learn not just to receive results, but also to cross-check the numbers, correct incorrect conditions, and run the same process again next week using the same standards. You won’t need to write code, SQL, or formulas yourself. The course is based on Mac Claude Desktop and Google Sheets; paid accounts and subscription fees are not included. Korean AI male voice is used.

What you will gain after the course

  • Create and verify numerical operational reports, such as Google Sheets calculations and charts, in response to requests in Korean.

  • Create drafts for customer, shipping, and inquiry tasks, save them as your own skills, and reuse them next week.

Add an AI colleague to the tasks you used to repeat alone.

Do you find yourself pasting the sales figures again, watching shipping inquiries pile up, and ending the day while creating reports?

We’ll start by identifying where the data is and what needs to be checked. As the operator of the virtual shopping mall Moa Life, you’ll ask Claude to perform tasks in Korean and open actual Google Sheets and reports to review the results.

From “Ask AI”
to “delegating your work to it, reviewing the results, and using them again.”

30 video lessons · approximately 112 minutes · pre-course orientation provided separately
This is a beginner hands-on course where you proceed by copying sentences and clicking, without writing code, SQL, or formulas yourself. Time spent preparing, following along, waiting for generation, and checking the results is separate from the video length.

After the course, you will create the following deliverables.

01 · A Weekly Report Where the Numbers Flow Continuously

Artifact reports of numbers, such as Google Sheets performance tables, comparison charts, and dashboards

02 · Easy-to-Miss Operational Tasks

First-time buyers, repeat buyers, and dormant customers; a shipping inspection checklist; and draft responses to customer inquiries

03 · Standards You Can Reuse Next Time

My Own Skill, Results Re-run with Next Week’s Materials, Verification Records Before and After Revisions

04 · A Plan to Apply It to My Work

Handoff standards by role, recurring task preparation checklist, and checklist for implementation at my company

A company's work continues until the end of the course.

First connection → verify data and period → weekly sheet and report → verify the numbers → customers, shipping, and inquiries → save and revise skills → rerun the following week → hand over tasks by role → comprehensive practice.

We don’t stop at receiving a polished result. We check whether refunds were reflected, whether the same order was counted twice, and whether a period with no data was mistakenly treated as 0 won. After correcting incorrect figures, we compare them again, and we also walk through changing a single refund and then restoring it to its original value.

Three devices for first-time users

  1. We’ll show you first. After seeing the completed result, follow the necessary preparations and the actual click locations.

  2. We also provide the request prompt. Find the 42 usage steps across the 30 lessons in order and copy only the main text. There is no need to memorize long sentences or type anything from scratch.

  3. We identify the success criteria. You will learn what to open, which numbers, dates, and indicators to check, and where to start looking again when you get stuck.

A hands-on practice package that gets you started with a single download

The hands-on ZIP containing 125 files includes a connection tool, virtual materials, a getting-started helper, lesson-specific prompts, 6 skill ZIPs, reference materials for the completed results, and a prompt usage sequence. Git is not required.

Extract the files and follow the preparation procedures for Lessons 2 and 3. The connected tools prepare virtual data and basic materials in the dedicated practice folder, so you do not need to start by learning how to create a database or enter code. If copying from the result-reference HTML is blocked, use the accompanying text file.

Check the actual explanations and screens before purchasing.

The separate introduction video includes the cartoon introduction from Lesson 1 and scenes of the actual sheets and reports. The free preview includes the full flow of Lesson 01 and the first weekly sheet and report from Lesson 07. To follow along with Lesson 7 yourself, you will need to prepare the connections, materials, and criteria from Lessons 2–6.

The narration uses a Korean AI-generated male voice. First, check whether the Korean subtitles, actual screen size, and explanation pace in the main lesson suit you.

Recommended for people like these

  • E-commerce operators who organize sales sheets, customer lists, shipping inquiries, and reports on their own

  • Operations, marketing, and administrative staff who have tried using AI but are unsure what order to delegate their actual tasks in.

  • A sole proprietor who needs initial results in reducing the repetitive tasks they currently handle, rather than studying development.

Materials to Prepare Before the Course and Additional Costs

  • Basic practice environment: Claude desktop app on Mac + Google Sheets + Google account + internet.

  • Claude requirements: A paid account that can use Cowork, connectors, skills, and file creation features is required. Service subscription fees and usage costs are not included in the course fee.

  • Connection distinction: The Google Drive search connection and the Google Sheets editing connection are different. Sheets editing is in beta, and the availability requirements and interface may vary depending on the account, app version, and organizational policies.

  • Windows: Separately from using Google Sheets on the web, we have not verified the actual Windows installation of the provided connection tool. This course is based on the preparation process confirmed on a Mac. The Excel app is not required.

What an “AI work team” means

This is a hands-on exercise in dividing the roles of materials, sheets, reports, and verification, then connecting them sequentially in a single conversation. It is not presented as a completed process involving actual parallel agents, unattended reservation activation, customer distribution, or changes to order processing. Lesson 28 organizes the preparation for scheduling recurring tasks and the criteria for checking results.

Before connecting actual company materials, you must check the company’s approval scope and personal information handling standards. The course uses only fictional materials. It does not guarantee reductions in staff numbers, increases in sales, or time savings, and AI responses and results may vary each time they are executed.

The Data Artisan’s Advice: “The Habit of Checking After Delegating”

I am a data expert with over 20 years of experience in databases and IT. I have worked as a DBA and DB Platform team manager in the gaming, finance, and IT services industries, handling data and repetitive operational tasks. In this course, I explain that experience in language accessible to non-developers, presenting a workflow in Korean that involves delegating tasks, checking the results, and reusing the same standards.

Company operational data, company names, and authentication values are not included in the provided materials. For questions about the course content and provided examples, please use the Inflearn Q&A board. Outsourcing individual company system integrations, company data analysis, and sending messages to actual customers are not included in the scope of support.

This week, start by changing one task you repeat.

More lasting than one great prompt is a method for breaking down your work, checking the results, and using it again. Follow a week at Moa Life and create your first AI workflow.

A data craftsman with over 20 years of experience in databases and IT. As a DBA and manager of a DB Platform team, I work with database platforms and specialize in MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, SQL tuning, AWS, Terraform, and Python. Drawing on experience in the gaming, finance, and IT services industries, I explain database and cloud architecture. I have published 『Oracle Practical Tuning: Learning SQL Patterns』 and 『Oracle Pro*C Practical Project Guide』, and have presented on serverless architectures, database selection, and multi-database strategies at AWS Summit 2018 and 2019 and DataYa Nolja 2020. Recently, I have been working on slow-query analysis and tuning recommendations using Bedrock LLM, automated DB specification sizing, and query workflows through a DB metadata MCP server and Slack bot. I explain database automation for developers and AI applications for non-developers through hands-on exercises tailored to the audience and objectives of each course. Rather than applying AI suggestions as-is, I teach a decision-making framework that verifies result equivalence, execution plans, and observability conditions, and defers action when the supporting evidence is insufficient. Company operational data and credentials are not included in the course materials.
