It provides an in-depth look at the five-stage process of Design Thinking (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test)—a human-centered innovation methodology—and teaches how to manage the uncertainties startups face while securing product-market fit. Additionally, the course explores integration strategies with Lean Startup and Agile methodologies and analyzes successful domestic and international startup cases such as Airbnb, Netflix, Toss, and Baedal Minjok.
