Sales that delivers results
Sales Operation Management/Networking
From sales management to performance achievement,
We'll tell you everything about sales! 📝
I used to farm in a rural area with only three buses a day, then moved to Seoul and chose a career in sales. I currently work as a manager at a B2B division of a major financial institution, and I'm also a top employee and in-house sales trainer within the group. However, my early years were incredibly difficult, and Seoul was a harsh environment for me. I've prepared this course for college students who find themselves in similar situations.

Q. How can I be successful in sales?
First, a "push-it" attitude is crucial. Don't be lenient about where you need to go or who you need to meet. Just go for it! Create an opportunity, emphasize the services and products you've prepared, and how they can benefit the client. Then, lead them to a second or third meeting. Some people will buy your product right away, but others will need more time. Maintain positive relationships with these individuals and gradually expand your network. Like a snowball effect, your clients will introduce new customers to you.
Q. I don't know anything about sales. Where should I start?
Start by conducting a SWOT analysis of yourself! Knowing your personality type allows you to develop a strategic plan. Just as the MBTI reveals distinct personality types based on whether you're E or I, you can selectively develop your strategy based on whether you're an introvert, focusing on emotion and detail, or an extrovert, focusing on physicality and performance. Knowing your abilities and where you excel best will allow you to shine brightly in customer interactions!
Q. What are the benefits of being good at sales?
Sales opens doors to new opportunities. Think of it as an interview not just when you first join the company, but every time you meet with a client. If you pass the interview, you'll receive contracts, performance, and referrals to other clients. If you fail, you'll improve your skills and try again, constantly improving. And if you maintain this sincere attitude for several years, others will see you and lead you to new positions. You might become a top employee, move to a competitor, or be promoted to a higher position. Therefore, sales is perhaps the most advantageous career path for those who lack a foundation or a talent for anything. Meeting many people in sales and realizing that the world you know isn't everything is crucial!
