A few words of advice before taking the class.
This course was initially filmed for our internal staff, but we decided to release it on Inflearn for junior planners who are having trouble with planning tasks and need to learn work skills.
Although lectures on planning work are not active in the industry, I hope that this lecture will be the beginning of a better work environment for many junior planners.
The difficulties of junior planners, One lecture that solves everything
🙋🏻♀️ I have no idea what a junior planner's job is or how to do it.
👉 The position of a junior planner who needs to understand the entire part of the work and the practitioners! We have prepared this for those who are vague about how and what to do. We will share knowledge that can be used effectively in the field, from the process of establishing a daily schedule, to things to do when starting and proceeding with a project, to how to write a smart work email. Planning work is no longer difficult!
🙋🏻♂️ I'm not an IT expert so I don't understand the terminology used in the field.
👉No. It's not your fault! Even in the real industry, due to non-standardized terminology, each company and each person calls the same function or element differently. That's why people who are not familiar with the work are often confused. Therefore, I created a terminology explanation lecture for employees who have difficulty at work due to the mixed terminology. Of course, this terminology explanation is not the only correct answer because not everyone uses it. However, I am sure that it will help you infer similarly varied terms.
After attending the lecture Your appearance.
This is how you change!
You can become a powerful person who can see the schedule as a whole and lead it to avoid delays.
You can become someone who can communicate smoothly with other parts (design, development).
You can become a confident junior planner who is not dragged around by clients.
You can become a smart practitioner who can immediately grasp the terms and meaning during a meeting.
You can become an IT industry professional who has no problem communicating with other departments.
You can become an attractive candidate who can answer the interviewer's questions fluently without hesitation during the interview.
If you clearly know everything from the overall flow of a planner's work to the terms you need to know, You too can become a good planner.

As a planner, I was at a loss when I started a project, but I was so touched that I learned that there are so many skills, from small things to core things, that I need to take care of from the beginning to the end. In the past, when I worked, I was always dragged around, there was no progress, and it was so hard to communicate with the client ㅠㅠ If I only knew these skills to do a good job, the results would be much better, and above all, it seems that it would be a win-win for both parties in the work process, so I really praise myself for taking this course and thank you so much for teaching it! Anyone who is a planner or working on a project will find it really helpful. It is a very informative lecture that progresses quickly and without unnecessary elements, so there is no need to listen at 1.5x speed, and rather, you should pause and listen to it again! I am so satisfied!!
Yes, I made the lecture based on the idea that if I were a junior planner, I would be confused about things like how to write emails so that work can flow and what would be easy to understand. Thank you for listening! I hope that you will become a better worker by incorporating the know-how I gave you and your own personalization. Thank you!!:)
I thought that if I had taken this course and been involved in planning work, it would have been better, and I would have been able to finish the work with more confidence, as I took each course. Sections 0 and 1 are particularly good courses that contain only good information that not only junior planners but also all other practitioners would benefit from. Thank you for the great course!
Yes, before making this lecture, I recommended the WEB1 lecture of Life Coding to new planners, designers, etc. to build basic IT knowledge. However, I was worried about the amount of content that had to be taken for about 20 days, so I made this lecture so that you can learn it if you listen to it every day. As for the terminology, I think it would be good to listen to it again when you are confused or have a vague idea in the future!!:)
