INFCON, a festival for IT professionals created by Inflearn! INFCON 2024 has evolved yet again, expanding its scope beyond developers to include PMs/POs and product designers. Product creators from various backgrounds and positions gathered together to share their experiences in technical growth, collaboration, career development, and productivity enhancement.

    우선 토비님의 세션 정말 잘 들었습니다. 강의를 보면서 클린코드 뿐만 아니라, 제 인생에 대해서도 한번 살펴본 거 같습니다. 우선 19년도 때 클린코드 라는 책이 유행했고, 채용 공고에도 클린코드에 대한 내용이 적혀있었던 걸로 기억합니다. 저도 그때 클린코드를 읽었고. 맹목적으로 추종을 했었습니다. 주석을 적는 행위는 내 코드가 클린한 게 아니다! 라는 생각까지 했었습니다. 하지만 지금 생각해 보면 한 번에 완벽한(클린한) 코드를 작성하는 거는 현재의 나로서도 되게 어려운 것 같습니다. 그리고 클린코드에 나온 내용을 맹목적으로 100% 추종하는 것이 맞을까? 라는 생각도 들게 된 것 같습니다. 클린코드 책을 읽어서 그것을 다 외우는 것. 그것이 정말 클린코드 일까? 그러면 그 책에서 나오지 않는 예제. 그러한 케이스는 어떻게 해결해야 할까? 이런 생각이 드는 거 같습니다. 결국 지금 다시 드는 생각은 유지 보수하기 좋은. 누구나(팀원들) 읽기 좋은. 그런 게 클린코드가 아닐까? 라는 생각까지 하는 거 같습니다. 어떻게 보면 나에게는 완벽하지는 않지만, 팀 수준에 맞게 잘 읽히는 코드도 클린코드 아닐까? 라는 생각도 들었습니다. 또 어떻게 클린한 코드를 지속적으로 가지고 갈 수 있을지 고민인 거 같아요. 유지보수를 하면서 새로운 코드가 들어오게 되고, 그러면 그 들어온 코드가 클린코드라는 것을 망치게 되는 것일 텐데. 그 망가진 클린코드를 다시 클린코드로 바꾸려면 리팩터링의 시간을 갖게 될 것이고, 테스트코드가 필요로 하게 되는 것을 한 번 더 느꼈습니다. 그리고 강의 내용 중 "함께 코드를 작성하고, 읽고, 변경할 동료 개발자들에게 친절한 코드" 라는 내용을 보고선. 클린코드 또한 팀의 문화가 되어야 한다고 생각했습니다. 마지막으로, 토비님이 말씀하신것 처럼 혼자서 너무 많은 짐을 떠안고 고민하고. 나는 부족해서 이런 말을 나는 달고 살지 않았는가? 하는 생각도 들었습니다. 같이 팀원들과 고민하고 이야기하면 혼자 고통받는 시간이 사라질뿐더러 팀원들도 다 같이 성장하지 않았을까? 라는 회고를 했습니다. 그리고 나는 정말 다른 사람들에게 친절했는가? 고민하게 되었습니다. 나를 이해 못 해준다고 너무 불친절하지 않았는가? 하면서 스스로를 다시 돌아보게 된 시간이었습니다.
