“Complex management, the answer appears when you see the numbers.”

Hello, I am Dae-young Ryu, Director of DY Management Research Institute.

I have worked in accounting, costing, and planning for over 20 years. Currently, as the head of the DY Management Research Institute, I research and support business management improvement. I help you perform cost calculation and management analysis—areas many find most difficult—directly using Excel.

Many people give up on accounting, thinking it is "only for accounting majors," but in practice, they often realize that management without an understanding of costs is like driving blindfolded. That is why I have organized practical Excel cost calculation know-how that can be used immediately in the field and created this course so that anyone can follow along. Rather than complex theories, the lectures will focus on real-world situations and will be explained in easy language and structures so that even non-accounting majors can understand.

This course consists of a total of 8 chapters, organized into Part-I (Chapters 1–4), Part-II (Chapters 5–7), and Part-III (Chapter 8). Materials for each part are provided accordingly.

Since I didn't major in cost/accounting and was working at a company, there were many things that felt overwhelming, but you explained it in a very practical and easy way, which has been really helpful. The Excel customization has really reduced my work hours by about an hour. It's absolutely amazing!!

It would be better if you could provide both Korean and English for frequently used terms. Also, you sometimes use overly hasty and disorganized expressions that make it difficult to understand at times.
