I have created an Excel template that includes methods for evaluating investment proposals.

Once you determine the investment amount and the subsequent cash inflows and input them into Excel, the investment proposal is automatically evaluated using the cash flow method, IRR, and DCF method.

This is a must-have template for those who need to conduct investment evaluations for their work.

This course consists of a total of four parts.

We will first cover the basic cost accounting knowledge and break-even point analysis required to conduct a business feasibility analysis.

This is the manufacturing cost flow, which is the core process of a manufacturing company.

I will briefly explain the process of how financial statements are created as business processes progress.

Costs are classified into fixed and variable costs based on cost behavior, which serves as the foundation of cost and management accounting.

Through this, we will learn about Cost-Volume-Profit (CVP) analysis and Volume-Contribution Margin graphs.

Now that we have completed the prerequisite learning, we will begin studying business feasibility analysis in earnest.

Estimate how the income statement will change as a result of the business.

Based on the income statement and financial statements, we estimate what the final cash flow statement will look like.

We conduct a business feasibility analysis and make management decisions based on the results.
