🤬 Linux commands keep holding me back...

My name is Jaeseong Park . I started out as a developer without a major, worked as a CTO at several companies, and am currently working as an educator.

When I was a student, I studied development on my own to become a backend developer. However , the more I learned about backend concepts, the more I was held back by Linux commands. When I ran a backend server, I had to enter Linux commands, and when I installed a program, I had to use Linux commands.

At first, I just barely managed to get it to work by copying and pasting the Linux commands that people wrote on their blogs. But I just blindly followed along without even knowing what the Linux commands I was typing meant.

As I studied this way, when I entered a command and an error occurred, it was difficult to analyze the cause of the problem and solve it. So I decided to study Linux in earnest.

But when I actually wanted to learn Linux, I bought a thick Linux book. But since this book organized all the concepts related to Linux, I felt overwhelmed studying it all, and I had no idea how to apply what I learned in real life. Even now, when I look back, I think I studied a lot of commands that are not often used in practice.

So , I created this course so that those who are learning Linux for the first time can learn Linux efficiently and practically. When learning something, the fastest way to learn is to focus on the most frequently used and essential contents and apply them in real life. That way, you will quickly become familiar with it and learn quickly.

The goal of this lecture is to quickly learn the Linux commands that are frequently used when developing, distributing, and operating actual services, so that you can use them right away in real life. Please do not study Linux inefficiently like me, and through this lecture, learn only the Linux commands that are necessary and frequently used in real life.

Then see you in class 😊

🚨 Be sure to check who is teaching you!

If you meet the wrong doctor, you may die at that moment because you cannot cure your illness. However, death ends with the pain of that moment. However, if you meet the wrong teacher and receive the wrong education, you will suffer throughout your life.

Due to wrong education, you may end up going to a company you don't want to work for, receiving a salary that is lower than you expected, and living a life of suffering because of it. Not only that, but because of the wrong education, your children will also inherit the wrong education.

I think that education can really change a person's life in a positive way, but on the other hand, it can also completely destroy a person's life. I think that's why education is such a heavy responsibility.

Therefore, please check who the person teaching you is, what kind of person they are, and what path they have taken, and then make a careful decision.

👋 Hello!
Now I introduce myself ( ⸝⸝•ᴗ•⸝⸝ )੭⁾⁾

hello!

I started studying development as a non-major . I have already been a developer for 6 years! Recently, I have been working as a developer while serving as CTO at two companies . Whenever I have free time, I have been giving coding lectures, consulting on company development, and giving lectures.

The number of students I have taught so far has already exceeded 24,000 (as of July 25th) ! I feel this every time I teach many students, but I cannot forget the sense of pride I feel in education, so I will continue to provide education at Inflearn.
(* Among the students, there are those who passed the exams at Kakao Pay, Yanolja, and Woowa Brothers)

Just as I have received a lot of help when I was going through hard times, I wanted to become someone who could help many other people. And I feel most proud and happy when the value I created through development has had a positive impact on others.

For these reasons , I hope that by sharing what I have worked hard to obtain, I can help those people live a slightly better life.

thank you!

I've always tried learning from books or... when I enthusiastically started studying to get certifications like Linux Master... I would memorize commands, learn the meaning of each option one by one, and try to match them, but most of the time I'd get tired and give up.. But you directly taught us the commonly used commands and immediately showed us how they're used, so I understood everything perfectly!! You really seem to have a talent for teaching... I think anyone who takes your lectures could get hired as a developer right away!! I used to always be nervous like a scaredy-cat when typing Linux commands, but now I feel like I can use them comfortably. Thank you😭😭
