What you will gain after the course

  • Kubernetes Core Concepts

  • Server Deployment with Kubernetes

  • Server Deployment Using Kubernetes on AWS EC2

  • AWS EKS Server Deployment

  • Infrastructure setup with EKS, RDS, ECR, ELB

🤬 Damn it, I can't do this anymore!

I started development as a non-major and worked as CTO at various companies, and I'm currently working as an educator. My name is Park Jaesung. I also started development as a non-major and had a time when I was studying Kubernetes. I experienced various emotions while studying Kubernetes.

"There's so much Kubernetes content, when will I ever finish learning all of this...?"
"Isn't Kubernetes an incredibly difficult technology?!"
"Don't only large-scale services use Kubernetes? How is a junior developer supposed to get experience with this;;"

And if you look at recent job postings, you'll frequently see 'experience with Kubernetes' as a qualification requirement. It seems like the qualification requirements in job postings are getting higher as time goes by. However, to get a job at a company with better conditions, we have no choice but to study according to the qualification requirements in job postings.

I also went through such difficulties, and I think it's a hardship that many job seekers are currently experiencing. That's why I thought I should create a Kubernetes course that even non-majors can easily understand and apply directly in practice.

✨ 4 Key Points I Focused on While Creating the Course

While it's important to know the theoretical aspects of Kubernetes, it's also important to know how to configure and use it in actual production environments. Therefore, we cover both how to deploy applications using Kubernetes on AWS EC2 and how to deploy applications using EKS.

From the vast concepts of Kubernetes, we've selected only the essential core concepts that are frequently used in the field to teach you. Knowing just a few frequently used concepts is sufficient to learn Kubernetes and apply it in real projects. We won't teach you unnecessary concepts. By learning this way, you can truly learn quickly and apply it immediately in practice.

I thought that if you can't apply what you've learned in real situations even after completing the entire course, then it's a poorly designed course. I tried to structure it as a practical course that can be immediately applied to real work, rather than an academic approach that deeply studies theory.

Now that we've learned the concepts, we need to actually apply those concepts to use Kubernetes in real projects. That's why I've structured the course so you can build and operate infrastructure using Kubernetes just like in the field.

👍 Great for these types of people!

Those who are having difficulty learning
Kubernetes through books or lectures

Non-CS major background,
slow to understand
difficult concepts and terminology

Those who want to introduce Kubernetes to actual projects

🙊 What happens after you finish listening to this entire lecture?

You will be able to learn basic concepts about Kubernetes. Additionally, you will learn how to deploy and manage actual applications using Kubernetes in real-world scenarios.

'[Example] Deploying Backend (Spring Boot) Server, Database Integration (+ RDS, ECR)' class

Reference Notes

The course proceeds under the assumption that you have basic knowledge of AWS and Docker. Therefore, I recommend taking this course after you have learned basic AWS and Docker. If you encounter any parts that are difficult to understand while studying, please feel free to ask questions immediately using the Q&A board or 1:1 open chat room😊

🚨 Make sure to check what kind of person is providing the education!

If you meet the wrong doctor, you might face death because your illness can't be cured at that moment. But death ends with the pain of that moment. However, if you meet the wrong teacher and receive poor education, you will suffer throughout your entire life.

Due to poor education, you may end up at an unwanted company, receive a smaller salary than expected, and suffer for the rest of your life as a result. Not only that, but the poor education you received can be passed down to your children as well.

Education can truly change a person's life in a positive way, but on the other hand, it can also completely ruin a person's life. That's why I believe education carries such heavy responsibility.

Therefore, please check who is providing the education, what kind of person they are, and what path they have walked, and make a careful judgment.

👋 Hello!
I'm finally introducing myself now ( ⸝⸝•ᴗ•⸝⸝ )੭⁾⁾

Hello!

I started studying development as someone from a non-technical background. Before I knew it, I've already become a 6-year veteran developer! Recently, I've been working as a developer while serving as CTO at two companies. Whenever I have time, I've been doing coding lectures, company development consulting, and giving talks.

The number of students I've taught has now exceeded 24,000 (as of July 2025)! Every time I teach various students, I always feel the same way - I can't forget the sense of fulfillment from education, so I plan to continue providing education consistently on Inflearn.
(* Among students, successful candidates for Kakao Pay, Yanolja, and Woowa Brothers have been produced)

Just as I received a lot of help during difficult and challenging times, I wanted to become someone who could help many other people as well. And I felt most proud and happy when the value I created through development had a positive impact on others.

For these reasons, I hope that by sharing and giving what I have worked hard to achieve, those people can live slightly better lives.

Thank you!

I'm a full-stack developer who mainly works on front-end development, and I signed up for this course because I wanted to quickly get an overview of DevOps knowledge. I wasn't able to follow along with everything step-by-step, so I don't feel like I've completely mastered it, but the instructor was so kind and meticulous in explaining everything that it was a great help in understanding the overall context. I was also impressed by how diligently they prepared for the class. Please create more great courses in the future!

It was a condensed lecture, but sufficient for easily understanding the entirety of Kubernetes. As the instructor mentioned, it seems that internalization will come with repeated practice afterward.
