What you will gain after the course

  • Distinguishing customized response methods for children and spouses and their practical application

  • Secure immediately usable templates for indoor play and weekend planning

  • Building a 100-day sustainable habit system based on a 10-minute daily routine

A Fun Dad
Who Changes Reactions

Do you feel stuck on what to say even when you're with your child, and does your conversation sound like nagging to your spouse?
As a busy working dad myself, I also struggled to properly design time with my family.

Using the structuring habits I built over 20 years of operating cloud infrastructure for large-scale payment services, I have organized reaction methods tailored to each family member, as well as indoor play and weekend planning.

Change your family's atmosphere yourself with a 10-minute daily reaction routine.
We will start together, from diagnosis to a 100-day sustainability system.

What you can gain from this course

Fun starts with reaction habits rather than talent.

We diagnose the underlying meaning of being called a "boring dad" through energy, roles, and communication styles. You can redesign everything starting from the very first reaction that changes the atmosphere.

Children and spouses do not react in the same way. Obtain customized conversation and activity templates that can be applied immediately to indoor play and weekend plans.

Continue improving family relationships with a 10-minute daily routine. The 8-week roadmap and 100-day action structure help busy working fathers stay consistent.

After the course, you will become a father who responds better to your family's words and actively creates time to spend together.
I will share standards for change and practical methods that can be applied immediately in the field, staying with you until the very end.

The dad who used to save servers, rebuilds relationships

What was more difficult than tracking failures every dawn was my child's long silence.

For over 20 years, I have operated Linux servers, migrated data centers to the cloud, and managed hundreds of instances and large-scale payment services.

While there were always causes and sequences for resolving technical failures, I found myself speechless in the face of my family's hurt feelings.

Fun begins not with talent, but with the habit of reacting.

Establish a 10-minute daily response routine. Differentiate communication styles for your children and your spouse. Immediately implement indoor play and weekend plans. Create a structure for family relationships that lasts for 100 days. Start today by changing your very first response.

Learning Structure

Fun Dad

Section 1

The starting point for escaping the boring dad image

We introduce the starting point and learning direction of the program to become a fun dad. To improve family relationships, we present an approach that focuses on changing everyday reaction habits rather than relying on comedic talent.

Section 2

Understanding why you became an unfunny dad

We will examine the background of why fathers feel they are not fun and the actual meaning behind the phrase "Dad is no fun." We will also summarize the core perspectives to be gained from the first lesson and the standards for viewing interactions with family.

Section 3

Self-diagnosis of current status and energy depletion

Through a self-diagnosis checklist and score interpretation, you will objectively examine the current state of your reactions within family relationships. We will analyze how energy depletion—a major cause of becoming a "boring dad"—affects conversation and play.

Section 4

Restoring Fixed Roles and Conversational Functions

It explains the process by which fixed roles within the home and the breakdown of communication functions limit interactions between family members. It identifies the structure in which energy depletion, fixed roles, and communication dysfunction are interconnected to reinforce the problem.

Section 5

Key characteristics of a fun dad and practical tasks

We correct the biggest misconceptions about being a "fun dad" and summarize the four common traits that actually elicit reactions from the family. We will carry out specific action tasks to verify what has been learned in daily life.

Section 6

8-week Roadmap and Summary of Learning Content

We present the overall roadmap for the upcoming 8-week responsiveness training and provide guidance on the learning direction for each stage. By summarizing the core concepts and practical goals covered in the first lesson, we establish the foundation for the subsequent process.

Hello, I'm Frank.

I am an infrastructure engineer who has been wrestling with servers for over 20 years. Starting with Linux server operations, I am now in charge of the cloud infrastructure for a large-scale payment service. My daily life involves migrating from data centers to AWS, managing hundreds of instances, and tracing the causes of failures in the early hours of the morning.

The reason I created this course is simple.

I often received questions like these from those around me: "I managed to connect to the server, but I don't know what to do next." "There are so many instance types; which one should I choose?" These are the exact same points where I got stuck at first. However, when I looked for resources, I found that most of them were written for people who already knew what they were doing.

So I decided to create the course I wish I had when I first started learning.

My lectures are based on three principles.

First, I help you understand rather than memorize. Instead of just listing commands, I explain why we use them in the first place.

Second, I boldly omit unnecessary content. I do not increase the volume by including information that is useless to beginners right now.

Third, I also talk about what doesn't work. Instead of just listing the pros, I clearly point out cases where it might not be a good fit. For someone who has to make decisions in the field, that is more important.

If you feel a sense of "Ah, I should start from here" after listening to the lecture, then my goal has been achieved.

Please feel free to leave any questions you may have at any time.
