There are currently no lectures that cover the details of operational tool planning/back-office planning.

That's why we've created a course that covers in detail the design of operational tools and examples of their use.

In practice, we will tell you how to use and design operational tools when providing game services.

After completing this course, you'll learn how to use operational tools, utilize them in live service situations, analyze metrics, and design logs. This course will be helpful for those already working as game business PMs, planners, and operators involved in related tasks, as it will broaden their knowledge.

Lecture Features

Examples of various functions included in operational tools used in actual field work and planning of those functions.

I like that it explains in detail how to use it, using various examples.

We will inform you of various indicator design methods and precautions when designing logs, and provide various indicator examples.

We will show you how to analyze indicators and how to use them through examples of their use in actual service situations.
