This is an online lecture I took because when I started working, I knew absolutely nothing about infrastructure, and my company told me to study it. 3 reasons why I highly recommend it First: In Section 1, it teaches you the process of creating an instance, all the way to deleting it. And when I thought I'd have to review and listen to the lecture again to move on to Section 2, it said that Section 2 would review how to create an instance again, and I thought, "Wow..! They truly understand beginners' minds." Second: The Q&A is really fast and they don't give vague answers. This seems like a really big advantage ㅇㅇ. When you take online lectures, errors pop up and you encounter things you don't know, but they always answer within a day. ㄹㅇgoat Third: The lecture notes are well-organized -> This is my personal opinion

Although I am a 3rd-year developer who majored in Computer Science, I felt that I need to keep learning and acquiring knowledge related to work through high-quality education. I started listening to Jaesung-nim's lecture on Inflearn for the first time, and it seems he explains really good content in an easy-to-understand way. I felt that instead of just delivering knowledge, he hopes students properly learn and acquire it so they can use it well in practice. I will study hard using the Pareto principle and the study method through recording/note-taking, which you mentioned in the lecture OT. Thank you for creating a good lecture!

It was great to build up my lacking knowledge of AWS. In particular, the easy-to-understand explanations for beginners and the concise summary of key points in Notion were very helpful in understanding. If you are worried about which AWS lecture to take because there are so many AWS lectures on the market, I think it would be good to start with this lecture. I've taken lectures from many instructors, but this instructor is really good at teaching!

What you will gain after the course

  • Deploying a Backend API Server Using EC2

  • Connecting a Domain Using Route53

  • Implementing HTTPS using ELB

  • Database Connection Using RDS

  • File and Image Upload Using S3

  • Deploying a Web Page Using S3 and CloudFront

🤬 Ugh, I can't do this anymore!

I started as a non-major in development, worked as CTO at several companies, and am currently working as an educator. My name is Park Jae-sung. I too had a time when I first studied AWS after deciding to become a developer from a non-major background.

The first feeling I had when studying AWS was 'overwhelmed'.

Because even when I looked at the official documentation, it was too difficult to understand. People who are good at development say that just reading the official docs is enough, but no matter how much I read, I couldn't understand it. I just couldn't make sense of what it was saying.

And the terminology used in AWS was so unfamiliar too. Seeing terms I'd never heard before in my life like 'region, security group, VPC, EBS, provisioning' made me intimidated right from the start.

Since I also went through those difficulties, I thought I should create a course that explains things in an easy-to-understand way so that even non-majors can fully comprehend it.

✨ 4 Points I Focused on While Creating This Course

I thought it should be easy to follow and understand for someone learning AWS for the first time. So I tried to explain difficult terms and concepts in a way that even non-majors can easily understand.

I thought a course would be flawed if you couldn't apply it in real situations even after completing it. I tried to structure it as a practical, hands-on course that can be directly applied to actual work, rather than an academic approach that deeply studies theory.

I've experienced over 50 projects so far. I compiled only the AWS services that I frequently and essentially set up every time. In short, I curated the curriculum by selecting only the AWS services frequently used in the field.

While knowing how to actually use specific AWS services is important, the ability to understand the overall big picture is also crucial. That's why I've also included explanations of architecture on how to structure infrastructure.

👍 This course is great for:

Those who have struggled
to learn AWS
by watching YouTube or reading blogs

People from non-technical backgrounds
who find it difficult to understand
complex concepts and terminology

You've completed your project
but don't know
how to deploy it

🙊 What will you be able to do after completing this course?

You will be able to deploy web pages or backend servers using AWS. You will be able to deploy in the way actually used in real-world work environments, not just for learning purposes.

Reference Information

If you know basic Linux commands, Git (+Github) and have experience developing backend API servers, you'll be able to take the course much more easily. However, even if you don't know the above, it won't be a major problem in acquiring AWS knowledge! If you come across anything you don't understand while studying, please feel free to ask questions right away by using the Q&A board😊 để đặt câu hỏi ngay nhé😊

🚨 Make sure to check who is providing the education!

If you meet the wrong doctor, you could die from an illness that goes untreated in that moment. But death ends with that moment of suffering. However, if you meet the wrong teacher and receive poor education, you will suffer throughout your entire life.

Due to wrong education, you may end up at an unwanted company, receive a smaller salary than expected, and suffer for the rest of your life because of it. Not only that, but the wrong education you received gets passed down to your children as well.

I believe that education can truly change a person's life in a positive way, but on the other hand, it can also completely ruin a person's life. That's how much I believe education carries a heavy responsibility.

Therefore, please check who is providing the education, what kind of person they are, what path they have walked, and make a careful judgment.

👋 Hello!
I'm finally introducing myself ( ⸝⸝•ᴗ•⸝⸝ )੭⁾⁾

Hello!

I started studying development as a non-major. I've already become a 6-year developer! Recently, I worked as a developer while serving as CTO at 2 companies. Whenever I have time, I've been doing coding lectures, company development consulting, and speaking engagements.

The number of students I've taught has now surpassed 24,000 (as of July 2025)! Every time I teach my students, I feel it again—I can't forget the sense of fulfillment from education, so I plan to continue teaching consistently on Inflearn.
(* Among students, successful admissions to Kakao Pay, Yanolja, and Woowa Brothers)

Just as I received a lot of help when I was going through difficult and challenging times, I wanted to become someone who could help many other people. And I felt most proud and happy when the value I created through development had a positive impact on others.

For these reasons, I hope that by sharing and giving what I've worked hard to achieve, those people can live a slightly better life.

Thank you!

I believe that studying AWS can be quite challenging for someone just starting out in development. This course is carefully designed stitch by stitch with a hands-on approach so that beginners can easily follow along. Therefore, it's a course where those who have vague fears about learning AWS can build their infrastructure knowledge without burden. I'm confident that by gaining experience building infrastructure directly based on the knowledge learned in this course, you'll become a developer who has grown to the next level.

Hyun Joo-hee (Kakao Pay Software Engineer)

This course empathizes with the difficulties encountered when first studying AWS and focuses on resolving those challenges. With easy-to-understand explanations and practical industry experience, it helps you immediately apply essential AWS services. Additionally, it includes lectures not only on individual AWS services but also on overall architecture, which helps in understanding the big picture. I recommend this to beginners starting to learn AWS or those who are struggling with deployment.

Hwang Jin-seong (Kurly Software Engineer)

When I first used AWS, there were times when I was unknowingly charged, but this course has several safeguards in place. You can conduct hands-on practice by maximizing the use of the free tier, and it shows you how to clean up resources at the end of each topic. I believe this will be very helpful in developing the habit of preventing unnecessary charges.

This course is a perfect course for AWS beginners. You can systematically learn the cloud technologies most commonly used in the field. Additionally, thanks to extensive teaching experience, difficult technologies are explained in a way that even beginners can easily understand. If you're not yet familiar with cloud technology, I strongly recommend taking this course.

Hello, Instructor Park Jae-seong~ First of all, thank you for giving an easy-to-understand lecture. As a supplementary lecture or follow-up lecture, please make a practical lecture that organically connects the practical exercises of each subtopic to each other so that it feels like working on one large project. I would also like to request lectures on ECS and EKS.

AWS was hard to try out because I was worried about spending money when I was doing it alone, but since you explained it well so that I could do it with the free tier, I was able to follow along with peace of mind! The explanations are easy to understand and I'm having fun listening to it! The lectures aren't long, but they cover everything I wanted to do, so they're really informative! Now I think I'll be able to deploy my own projects!!! And I really like that there's a one-on-one open chat room. You reply quickly, so I use it whenever I have questions!! Thank you~ If you film a sequel or CI/CD next time, I'll come listen right away~!

It introduces all the AWS knowledge necessary for light project deployment such as toy project, capstone, and side project. I studied AWS in the wild, and I always used it with more fear because I didn't know it properly, but I think I was able to fill in the usage and concepts more thoroughly with this lecture. There is no difficulty from the content to the explanation and practice method, so I think it will be a great help especially for beginners. Thank you for the great lecture.

I have used AWS before, but rather than knowing it properly, I used it only when I needed it urgently, and I felt like these things were being organized while listening to the lecture. I think this lecture can be a good roadmap for beginners who are just starting out with AWS. Thank you for providing a great lecture!

I was looking for a lecture to study AWS for the first time and I happened to find this lecture. The part about the study method was very helpful, and it was very good that there were supplementary lectures after the theory and practice. Also, it emphasized that you should not just listen to the lecture and finish, but that you should be able to make something on your own, so I am trying without giving up! I hope you will give many other lectures in the future!!
