I'm leaving with some good insights.

What you will gain after the course

  • How to measure how much traffic a specific service can handle

  • System Design and Scaling Methods for Traffic Growth

  • How to improve performance based on load test results

  • Methods for Handling Large-Scale Traffic

  • Load Testing Methods

🤬 Ugh, I can't do this anymore!

I started development as a non-CS major and worked as CTO at various companies, and now I'm working as an educator. My name is Park Jaesung. I also started development as a non-CS major and there was a time when I struggled to gain experience in handling large-scale traffic.

I wanted to gain experience handling large-scale traffic, but I was at a loss as to how I could actually experience it. That's because there aren't many companies that deal with large-scale traffic, and even if you do get into a sizable company, most of the time you're not given the opportunity to experience large-scale traffic.

So how exactly can you gain experience in handling large-scale traffic?

By utilizing load testing, you can indirectly experience large-scale traffic even without joining a company that generates massive traffic. Through experiencing high-volume traffic, you'll be able to practice how to respond, how to design systems, and how to optimize services.

I created this course with the hope that anyone can gain 'large-scale traffic handling experience'. I hope that through this course, you will become a developer who can handle large-scale traffic on your own.

✨ 4 Points I Focused on While Creating This Course

This is not simply a course that teaches you how to use load testing tools. I will walk you through the 'thought process' step by step, such as how to interpret results through load testing in actual work environments and how to improve the performance of the entire system.

The course is structured so that even non-majors can easily gain experience handling large-scale traffic. After taking this course, you'll be able to measure how much traffic your service can handle and determine what approach to take to improve performance.

I thought it would be a flawed course if you couldn't apply it in real situations even after completing the entire lecture. I tried to structure it as a practical course that can be immediately applied to actual work, rather than an academic approach that only deeply studies theory.

I'll show you step by step how to conduct load testing with real-world examples. By showing you this process, you'll also learn how to design systems that can handle large-scale traffic.

👍 This course is great for:

Those who are having difficulty gaining experience in handling large-scale traffic by watching YouTube or blogs

Those who come from a non-technical background
and have difficulty understanding
complex concepts and terminology

Those who want to improve performance through load testing
in their actual work
environment

🙊 What will you gain after completing this course?

You will be able to experience large-scale traffic. In addition, you will learn how to improve system performance to withstand large-scale traffic based on load testing..

Reference Notes

The course is conducted under the assumption that you have basic knowledge of AWS. Therefore, I recommend taking this course after learning basic AWS. If you encounter any parts you don't understand while studying, please feel free to ask questions immediately through the Q&A board or by using the 1:1 open chat room😊

🚨 Make sure to check who is providing the education!

If you meet the wrong doctor, you could die from not being able to cure your illness at that moment. However, death ends with that moment of suffering. But if you meet the wrong teacher and receive poor education, you will suffer throughout your entire life.

Due to wrong education, you may end up at an unwanted company, receive a smaller salary than expected, and suffer for the rest of your life because of it. Not only that, the wrong education you received gets passed down to your children as well.

I believe that education can truly change a person's life in a positive way, but on the other hand, it can also completely ruin a person's life. That's how much I believe education carries a heavy responsibility.

Therefore, please check who is providing the education, what kind of person they are, what path they have walked, and make a careful judgment.

👋 Hello!
I'm finally introducing myself ( ⸝⸝•ᴗ•⸝⸝ )੭⁾⁾

Hello!

I started studying development as someone from a non-technical background. Before I knew it, I've become a developer with 6 years of experience! Recently, I worked as a developer while serving as CTO at 2 companies. Whenever I had time, I've been doing coding lectures, company development consulting, and giving talks.

The number of students I've taught so far has already exceeded 24,000 (as of July 2025)! Every time I teach my students, I feel it again, but I can't forget the sense of fulfillment from education, so I plan to continue teaching consistently on Inflearn.
(* Among students, successful admissions to Kakao Pay, Yanolja, and Woowa Brothers)

Just as I received a lot of help when I was struggling and going through difficult times, I wanted to become someone who could help many other people. And I felt most proud and happy when the value I created through development had a positive impact on others.

For these reasons, I hope that by sharing and giving what I've worked hard to achieve, those people can live a slightly better life.

Thank you!
