I completed the entire course from Docker to AWS, GitHub Actions, and Nginx, and even took all the necessary sections because the teaching quality is exceptional. Above all, I'm extremely satisfied with the flow that follows the Pareto principle - starting with the most commonly used technologies in practice, allowing you to work hands-on with the technology first, and then diving deeper into specific areas as needed. The repetitive practice through various examples including not only Spring Boot but also Nest.js, Next.js, and more makes it even more memorable. I plan to continue with Redis, Kubernetes, intermediate AWS, and Kafka in sequence.

I finally understand... I listened to this without even knowing what nginx was, and it was so, so, so, so helpful. You're a really good teacher and explain the core concepts so well. The class materials are also so well organized, and most of all, you explain things so easily. I didn't know any Linux syntax at all, but while listening to this, asking GPT, and searching blogs, I feel like I'm starting to understand Linux a bit too 😊😊😊😊 You're the best! I'm off to pay for Docker.

If you can't answer the question "Why should I use Ngnix?" within 3 seconds, I recommend that you watch this lecture without hesitation. The instructor explained the reasons and key points of why to use Ngnix quickly and briefly, so it stuck in my head. Thank you for the great lecture!

What you will gain after the course

  • Basic Concepts of Nginx

  • Installing and Running Nginx

  • How to debug Nginx errors

  • Website Deployment Using Nginx

  • Deploying multiple websites with different domains on a single server

  • Backend server deployment using a reverse proxy

  • Utilizing Nginx as a Load Balancer

🤬 Why is Nginx so difficult to study on your own?!

My name is Jaeseong Park, and I started my career in development as a non-major, served as a CTO at several companies, and am currently working as an educator. I also had a time when I started development as a non-major and studied Nginx.

However, when I actually tried to learn Nginx, it was difficult to find a course structured in a way that allowed for quick and easy learning for practical application. As a result, I remember struggling during my initial studies because I had to rely solely on blog posts. Even the official documentation was so complex and difficult that it wasn't easy to learn from.

That is why I created this course to teach you the basic syntax used in Nginx and how to use its frequently used features. I will not just teach you how to use Nginx, but I will help you develop the ability to apply Nginx to various situations. Learning this way will enable you to apply it on your own after finishing the course, and only when you can apply it yourself will you be able to implement Nginx to fit your specific projects.

The goal of the lecture I pursue is for you, not me, to be able to use Nginx effectively in practice after finishing the course. If you finish this course but don't understand what was said, don't know how to use it in practice, and have nothing left in your head, I believe it's a poorly made course. If you've clearly learned something, you should be able to apply it in practice immediately.

Through this course, I hope you don't just become someone who is well-versed in Nginx theory, but a developer who can actually utilize Nginx in personal projects or in the field. I'll see you in the course.

✨ 4 Key Points I Focused on While Creating This Course

Once you have learned the concepts, you need to experience applying Nginx in practice using those concepts. Therefore, I have structured the course so that you can directly experience the most common real-world Nginx use cases.

I will teach you by selecting only the core concepts of Nginx that are frequently used in the field. Knowing just a few commonly used concepts is enough to learn and use Nginx. I won't teach you unnecessary concepts. By learning this way, you can learn truly fast and apply it to real-world projects immediately..

I believed that if you cannot apply what you've learned in practice even after finishing a course, it is a flawed course. I tried to structure this course to be practical and immediately applicable to real-world tasks, rather than taking an academic approach of studying deep theory.

I won't just explain the theory; I will show you every single step of the process of manually setting up and utilizing Nginx using examples. By demonstrating this process, you will be able to easily learn how Nginx is configured and utilized in real-world scenarios.

👍 This course is perfect for people like this!

Those who are having difficulty learning Nginx
by watching YouTube or reading blogs

Those who are non-majors and
slow to understand difficult
concepts and terminology

Those who want to directly
introduce and utilize Nginx
in the field

🙊 What will you achieve after completing this course?

You will be able to grasp the basic concepts of Nginx. Furthermore, you will learn how to utilize Nginx in real-world scenarios..

🚨 Be sure to check what kind of person the educator is!

If you meet the wrong doctor, you may face death because your illness cannot be cured at that moment. However, death ends with the pain of that moment. But if you meet the wrong teacher and receive the wrong education, you will suffer for the rest of your life.

Due to poor education, you may end up at a company you don't want, receive a lower salary than expected, and suffer for the rest of your life as a result. Not only that, but the poor education you received can even be passed down to your children.

I believe that education can change a person's life in a truly positive way, but on the other hand, it can also completely ruin a person's life. That is why I believe education carries such a heavy responsibility.

Therefore, please check who the educator is, what kind of person they are, and what path they have taken, and make a careful decision.

👋 Hello!
I'm finally introducing myself ( ⸝⸝•ᴗ•⸝⸝ )੭⁾⁾

Hello!

I started studying development as a non-major. Somehow, I’ve already become a developer in my 6th year! Recently, I served as CTO at two companies while working as a developer. Whenever I had spare time, I’ve been conducting coding lectures, corporate development consulting, and speaking engagements.. Bất cứ khi nào có thời gian rảnh, tôi đều thực hiện các bài giảng lập trình, tư vấn phát triển cho công ty và diễn thuyết.

The number of students I've taught has already exceeded 24,000 (as of July 2025)! As I feel every time I teach my many students, I can never forget the sense of fulfillment that comes from education, so I plan to continue providing courses on Inflearn.
(* Produced successful candidates for Kakao Pay, Yanolja, and Woowa Brothers among students)

Just as I received a lot of help when I was going through difficult and challenging times, I wanted to become someone who could also help many others. I felt the most proud and happy when the value I created through development had a positive impact on other people.

For these reasons, I hope that by giving and sharing what I have worked hard to achieve, those people can live a slightly better life.

Thank you!

I don't usually leave 5-star reviews, but I was able to learn NGINX very enjoyably in a short amount of time, so I'm giving 5 stars without hesitation. As expected, JSCDOE is someone you can trust and listen to. The only downside is that he's so handsome that it's hard to concentrate sometimes.
