Location and commercial district are key factors that determine the economic value and profitability of real estate. In particular, location analysis and commercial district analysis that reflect regional characteristics and demand patterns are essential basic competencies required in various real estate practice areas such as commercial facility planning, housing development, MD strategy establishment, and investment decision-making. Therefore, education that systematically learns the entire process from the concept of real estate location to commercial district type analysis and MD strategy design is necessary.

This course focuses on developing data-based analysis capabilities, such as regional characteristics, location conditions, competitive factor analysis, and customer attraction diagnosis.
