The essence of performance evaluation is to ensure fairness by ensuring reliability and validity, and further promote the growth of both the organization and individuals. Therefore, performance evaluators must understand evaluation methods and tools, and be able to design and operate an evaluation system appropriate for the organization.

This course presents the purpose and function of personnel evaluation, the principles, advantages and disadvantages, and supplementation and operation methods of evaluation methods frequently used in various companies, such as BSC, MBO, and OKR, based on practical examples.
