It seems like I'm starting to understand a bit better when you explain it like this compared to just reading it in books.. But I think I need to see more. I still don't really know how much I need to learn about the networking part... 😭

I took this course during vacation before taking the network class in the semester!! Taking this course definitely helped me understand the network class much better - the content went in my ears smoothly and I understood it so much better. I liked that the content wasn't too burdensome or difficult!!! Thank you for the great lecture :))
Learn the real fundamentals of networking for complete beginners.
You can understand network equipment such as routers and switches.
I can understand and speak networking terms.
I can understand network related topics.
I can understand the principles of communication.
Networks, complicated and difficult?
Now, learn in the easiest and most fun way.

Learning through stories, for absolute beginners
True network fundamentals!
Are you still learning TCP/IP when you first start learning about networks? Networks are the infrastructure—the physical technology—that transmits data. It's impossible to understand networks without understanding network equipment. You need to understand how data is transmitted. You can't understand the principles of networks without learning TCP/IP for the first time.
Many people who are new to networking tend to learn TCP/IP and the OSI seven-layer model. However, these technologies are difficult for network beginners to master and can only lead to frustration. These technologies should be learned after establishing a solid foundation in networking. In fact, if I were a network-related program developer, I would learn them then.
I'll be explaining the lectures as if I were explaining them to a friend, colleague, or junior sitting next to you. All you have to do is listen. The knowledge you need before attending the lecture... just give it to me! Just listen.
Anyone who needs networking basics can take this course.
Anyone who needs to understand networking terminology for work purposes
Those who need to understand the overall network concept for network program development
Those who wish to obtain network certifications such as Cisco Network Administrator
Anyone who wants to manage their company or home network directly
People working in network-related fields
Those who want to understand the router better and use it skillfully
Studying networks means understanding how data is transmitted across them. Therefore, understanding the devices that make up a network is essential. This course, tailored to those new to networks, explores how data is transmitted across a network.
📜 Precautions before learning
I'm a Cisco Systems Certified Instructor (not currently a certified instructor) and have been teaching networking courses for over 20 years. I wanted to create a course that would teach networking fundamentals in the fastest, most enjoyable, and most accurate way possible.
Many network fundamentals learners begin their networking journey by learning TCP/IP and the OSI seven-layer model (also known as data communication theory), which are not even suited to their level of understanding. And they often become frustrated. Networks are a comprehensive technology that combines hardware and software for data transmission. Network fundamentals should be approached from a thorough perspective, focusing on data transmission.
📖 The class will be conducted via a PPT presentation screen and written on the board. Simply watch and listen.
After diligently attending the lectures, you'll no longer be afraid of the terminology used in the networking field. Furthermore, you'll be able to independently read introductory books on the field, and later, you'll be able to independently study networking books tailored to your level. This course will lay the foundation for independent study of networks.
Hello. I'm Kye Young-soo, a professional instructor specializing in networks and infrastructure.
Q. Is there any prerequisite knowledge required for learning?
None at all.
Q. Does the course include practical training?
Because this is a basic networking course, all lectures are theoretical. However, the latter half of the lecture explains basic networking concepts using routers, allowing students to follow along with practical exercises using their own routers, if desired.
Q. What happens after taking this course?
If you've followed this course diligently, you'll be able to easily navigate any book on the market with "Network Fundamentals" in its title. While my lectures aren't perfect, after completing this course, if you read a few network books (you'll be up and running in no time), you'll be able to identify and determine the networking learning path necessary for your job and career.
Who is this course right for?
For those who are new to networking
Anyone who has studied networks before and failed
People who stopped studying networks after studying only the OSI 7 layers
For those who want to study networks as if they were listening to a story
Need to know before starting?
No prior knowledge required.

1. I don't think it's necessary to go into detail about base conversion. --> It's necessary to understand the concept of subnet mask!!! 2. I think the data transmission method (supplement) can be deleted. There are a lot of unnecessary words. (This is going to be difficult. It's going to be hard to understand... etc.) 3. I took the course to learn the knowledge to apply vehicle internet. I was very satisfied because I was able to learn much more knowledge than I needed. However, I deducted one star because the Inflearn platform does not allow review. Other platforms allow you to review the courses you have taken for life, or at least for a year.
