When first encountering "game planning," it can feel overwhelming, as it can be so broad and abstract that it's hard to know where to begin. This course provides detailed information on three types of reverse planning documents and one type of creative planning document (MMORPG Guild System Reverse Planning Document, MMORPG Creative Planning Document - Bingo Event Planning/Operation Tool Planning Document, MORPG Quest Reverse Planning Document, and MORPG Gathering System Reverse Planning Document), demonstrating how to write them .
Beginning game planners often don't have access to working plans (they're confidential, and leaks can lead to legal issues). Therefore, practicing by writing reverse plans based on successful games already in service is a great way to sharpen your skills early on. Writing reverse plans will sharpen your documentation and system understanding skills, which will naturally lead to the creation of creative plans and improvement proposals.
Furthermore, by teaching how to write an event planning and operation tool plan (creative plan) , we simultaneously introduce event-management tools not covered in other courses. Quest planning is also a crucial area, and this section includes a comprehensive quest Excel data table along with the plan, enhancing understanding.

Because the market is still largely underdeveloped, it's difficult to find a compelling game education curriculum, and it can be a real financial burden. However, self-study often leads to doubts about whether you're doing it right, leading to a need for a milestone that can instill confidence. While document creation is crucial for game planning, few resources offer detailed guidance and practical examples. In particular, few media outlets address this topic with real-world examples.
By taking this course, students will learn how to establish game planning standards. By watching the lecture and examining reverse planning documents themselves, they will learn how to write the document. Afterward, they will master the art of drafting plans on their own. Based on this, they will gain the ability to build a portfolio.
In fact, there's no such thing as a perfect mathematical formula in game planning. Each game planner has their own unique way of expressing their ideas. Communicating your thoughts as clearly and easily as possible to your fellow developers and designers is a common goal for all planners. However, if you're struggling to grasp this larger framework, I hope this lecture will serve as a guidepost or reference.

Q. What is a reverse planning document?
In this course, I wrote the lecture based on a reverse planning document provided by a student taught by a knowledge sharer who had passed the final round of interviews at a major corporation . A reverse planning document is a practice exercise where you assume you're the game planner for an existing commercial game , choose a system, and write a plan.
Q. Why do you write a reverse planning document?
For beginners, since they have no foundation, practicing writing reverse plans multiple times will help them develop their skills. Once you feel confident after writing reverse plans multiple times, you can then move on to writing improvement plans or original plans to further refine your skills.
