It was a great amount of time and content to take the course lightly with the feeling of reviewing and organizing what I learned. However, the content is not light. It was great because there were also new parts to learn. Recommended for juniors

Creating a UX Portfolio Guide to Increase Your Acceptance Rate
Project Introduction
Hello. I'm Newtudy, a UX/UI designer. I've been teaching UX portfolios while working as a senior designer at a design agency. Meeting with many students, both undergraduates and those transitioning from a UX major, I've learned a lot about the challenges of starting out in UX and the concerns surrounding portfolio creation.
"I've heard UX and UI are the new trends, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to get started. Even watching Brunch or YouTube, it's hard to follow along..."
I think I've had similar concerns. Even those who've already attended academies or worked on assignments at school often struggled to apply the knowledge to their own topics. And those who were already working and preparing for a career change often gave up midway due to time constraints.
Drawing on my specialized knowledge and extensive experience with various web and app development projects, I've created this course to address these concerns! I hope this one-point course, available in VOD and PDF format, will be helpful to those new to UX.
Let's create a high-quality portfolio and grow into a designer with UX capabilities :)
A UI that has not gone through a thorough UX process will eventually have poor usability and will inevitably end up as an average project.
Even large IT companies and renowned agencies prefer people who can make a difference in project planning.
If you understand the class content well and even practice it yourself, you will find yourself approaching it differently than before.

(*The total number of pages is approximately 100 to 150.)
If you're just starting out, it's important to differentiate the content that best suits your situation and study efficiently. Even if it's a basic UX course, if you feel overwhelmed from the start, you're more likely to give up midway.
If you look at portfolio reference sites, you'll always see something called a "persona." Many students assume they should include it in their portfolios because everyone else has. This mistake stems from a lack of understanding of the purpose of this methodology.
The important thing is to decide why you are using personas and whether they are suitable for the topic of your service.
The main direction of the class is to help you develop the ability to judge, "Is this methodology right for my current situation?"

We'll take a quick look at trends in various fields and see how they connect with UX.
We'll go through the process of selecting a topic to begin with, identifying a problem, and then deriving insights.
Reason #2 for Design Research: To Create and Validate Strategy
We'll also share helpful tips on various research methods, such as how to write an interview questionnaire.
One of the most common mistakes beginners make in UX is called "surface duplication ." Simply put, it means using UX methodologies superficially. Having majored in UX since college, I've observed many colleagues and juniors, and I've seen more than I'd expect struggle to explain why they used a particular methodology.
To avoid making these mistakes, we'll learn which research methodologies to use, tailored to our specific circumstances and topic.
Among the numerous UX methodologies, a solid understanding of a few truly essential ones will allow you to apply the rest without difficulty. We'll delve into the core research techniques of process maps and affinity diagrams in depth.
Understanding the purpose of process maps, a data analysis tool, and how to express them in a portfolio
Affinity diagrams are crucial for characterizing data and comparing relationships between data. I'll explain in detail the process of developing hypotheses and deriving insights based on those insights.
As such, to effectively develop a service concept, it's crucial to organize the vast amount of information collected. Through this lesson, we'll delve into the process of establishing relationships between information, rather than simply organizing it.
There's no formula for turning insights into creative solutions, but I'd like to share some tips to make your projects more compelling.
Let's take a look at the process of making a service look attractive through a case study I personally experienced.
What kind of attractive concept could a simple food introduction app have?
I'll provide an easy-to-understand guide to integrating UX processes into your portfolio. While it's not the only correct answer, it will help you understand how to effectively incorporate a large amount of research.
We provide a production guide that can be used in your portfolio without any major problems, and provide it as a separate file.
Additionally, we provide a guide file that allows you to directly practice the entire UX process, from defining the problem, which is the first step in the design process, to the Project Statement, which is the final summary of the project.
Having taught for over three years, I've carefully considered what beginners need and structured the content accordingly. Trying to cover too much from the beginning will inevitably lead to derailment.
I feel sorry for people who give up because they're too busy or find it harder than they expected. I want to help you make the most of your precious hour.
We promise to be of help to you as you begin!
