Quality Cost (Q-Cost) is a vital evaluation measure in quality management that enables rational assessment, measurement, and management of quality control and improvement activities.

This course is designed to be easily understood with various case studies, covering quality strategy establishment, implementation, and goal monitoring techniques to achieve quality objectives under established quality policies. Additionally, it presents methods for recognizing and evaluating quality issues by converting them into monetary units, which are common management metrics, and is a course that can measure the accurate performance of current quality management systems through the introduction and operation of quality costs, while developing systematic and continuous quality cost management capabilities.
