Through practical training in manners essential for professional life, you can learn workplace etiquette and how to respond considerately to others in various situations.

No. Anyone can become a sensible office worker by learning a few everyday business manners that are good for situations that you will definitely encounter in your work life.
This course presents basic business manners that must be acquired, workplace manners appropriate for each job class from junior to senior, and global business manners to be shown to foreigners you meet at work, through case studies for each situation.
The course is designed to increase empathy and understanding by presenting workplace manners that can be applied to work situations with examples that anyone can access.
We also present class-specific communication strategies and relationship manners that are helpful in interpersonal relationships.
