This is a lecture on logical problem-solving methods that juniors can immediately apply in their work. When you are suddenly assigned to a new job at your company, do you want to do it like a ‘good worker’? You can easily learn how to solve problems without panicking when you are trying something for the first time.

What? You want me to do this?! How to start a new job without panicking
How to structure and organize how to tackle new problems
Do it again? How can you not be told to do it again when the work is done?
Manage my work so that it doesn't end in reports but has real impact
One of the biggest concerns junior employees face at work is "how to grow into a competent junior." However, companies don't wait until they've gained enough experience to handle any task with ease. Even unexpectedly encountering new challenges at work can be incredibly disconcerting. Yet, despite all this, some employees are recognized as capable workers who excel at new tasks.
In this course, you'll learn how to solve practical challenges juniors face in the workplace . The lecturer will explain the correct order of approach when faced with a new problem, drawing on actual project examples from his junior days. After completing the course, you'll no longer be afraid of new tasks and will know where and how to begin.
Planners, PMs, and growth marketers who always have to solve new problems
Data Analyst who identifies problems and derives insights through data
New employees who are worried about whether they are solving problems correctly because they have no shooters
Juniors who want to quickly rise to a leading position and achieve results
Case 1)
😥 I've suddenly been assigned a new project without a shooter. I'm so overwhelmed.
🤔 I've been given the opportunity to lead a project. I want to do a great job, but how do I do it?
Case 2)
😆 I did the work you requested!
🤨 Isn't this what I asked you to do? Why didn't you consider the ABC elements? I think we need to reorganize things.
Case 3)
😕 I reviewed what you gave me, but the development priority was pushed back.
🧐 Why is this important? Is it really necessary?
😟 Can I take care of other things first?
-Comment CEO Jaeseong Lee
Hello, this is Jaeseong Lee. :)
Everyone imagines themselves as someone who can do anything, but when faced with a new problem, they feel infinitely small.
A new task that suddenly came to mind.
When I have no one to guide me and no one to shoot, I struggle to solve problems while wondering if I'm doing it right, and then I get frustrated when people give me shocking feedback like, "This isn't right?"
I also experienced these difficulties when I was a junior, and I still face these difficulties now that I am running a business.
I'm making progress through daily challenges. While it's difficult to master logical problem-solving methods, I've prepared lectures based on real-life examples to explain them at a level immediately applicable to everyday life.

This session is like a book you'd want on your desk at work. Top Perspective: Interview stakeholders about a current issue, continuously understand the problem, formulate a single statement, examine the current status of the issue, and then develop a perspective.
Goddamn! It was the last session of Hip-Hop (and it wasn't even a scheduled session,,,!) and I could see that CEO Lee Jae-seong had prepared a lot and it was so, so great! It was really great 😭😭 I can't express it, but it was the best session.
Who is this course right for?
Junior who has to take on new job due to lack of shooter
