By analyzing the profit margins, inventory turnover, and market competition of various items, you can identify which products have growth potential. After identifying the flagship products of Maso Electronics Mart, you can establish strategies tailored to the characteristics of each product through position analysis using their respective sales portfolios.
2) Establishing the advertising budget for flagship products
We analyzed the growth potential of the products and identified the flagship items of Maso Electronics Mart. By first running advertisements with a small budget to obtain sample data, we can determine the expected sales volume when ad impressions reach 1 million.
3) Deriving Regression Estimates and Understanding Regression Analysis
We derive the estimated sales for Maso Electronics Mart's new branch, the Seoul East branch, through regression analysis. By analyzing the impact of a single variable on sales as well as the impact of two or more variables, we can estimate the sales volume and the optimal number of sales representatives required to achieve the target revenue.
4) Conjoint Analysis and Dummy Variable Method
