UX writing is a concept that's been getting a lot of buzz lately, but there aren't many ways to learn how it differs from general writing and how to effectively apply it to our services .

UX writing is the design of the words and phrases users encounter when using a service. At first glance, it may seem like just a few lines, but the examples above demonstrate how each and every word has a profound impact on the user's experience.

Do you want to clearly communicate your services to customers and encourage them to continue using them? If so, learning UX writing is no longer an option, but a necessity .

In this lecture, we'll take the time to unpack how to write in a way that inspires user action in a more clear and quick way.

I am...

    • While studying visual design, I planned and produced image/video/text content.
    • While working in content marketing, I fell in love with digital writing that connects with customers, so I delved into the world of UX writing.
    • I enjoy collecting customer feedback and incorporating it into our services to improve both the front-end and back-end.
    • While founding Apti and editing Money Letter, I learned grammar that helps me reach out to customers in a more approachable way.
    • I found that the tone and manner must be different depending on the target customer of the product or service, and that the tone and manner must be varied for each channel, but many practitioners find this difficult.
    • So, I created a course that would help people think about how to set the tone and manner of writing to match the tone and manner of their own brand, and a course that would teach them about the practices and strategies of UX Writing.
