When I studied physics without a solid foundation in calculus, there were many parts that I was stuck on. However, after taking the teacher's class, I feel that my understanding of the parts that I was stuck on has improved significantly. In particular, I think it was easy to understand difficult concepts because you used a lot of visual materials. Thank you so much for the quality lecture! If there is a follow-up lecture, I would really like to take it...

Introducing the 'Vector Calculus' Series

Vector calculus is essential knowledge in countless fields, including physics, engineering, AI, deep learning, computer graphics, and economics. However , the vast amount of content makes it difficult to study on your own. That's why I created this series, which focuses on the essentials and provides a thorough overview.

If you slowly conquer each series one by one, you too will be able to conquer vector calculus.
Vector calculus, once considered boring and difficult, becomes easier with this course! 👊

The series is structured like this:

Series 1 - Fundamentals of Differentiation

  • Chapter 1 The Geometry of Euclidean Space
  • Chapter 2 Differentiation

Series 2 - Advanced Differentiation

  • Chapter 3 Higher-Order Derivatives; Maxima and Minima
  • Chapter 4 Vector-Valued Functions

Series 3 - Fundamentals of Integration

  • Chapter 5 Double and Triple Integrals
  • Chapter 6 The Change of Variables Formula

Series 4 - Advanced Integration Current Course

  • Chapter 7 Integral Over Paths and Surfaces
  • Chapter 8 The Integral Theorems of Vector Analysis

[Advanced Integration] The final series of the vector calculus course!

Q. Have you mastered everything up to Part 3 of the Vector Calculus series? But did you know that there's a new concept of integration?

❤️ Are you curious? If you're ready, let's study together!!

Q. Are you an engineer? But do you have trouble understanding the integral equations in your field?

❤️ If you listen to the vector calculus series, you will understand everything.

Q. Do I have to retake Calculus 2?

❤️ After listening to parts 1 to 4 of the vector calculus series, calculus 2 will be nothing.

In the final series of vector calculus, you will learn about new integration concepts, " line integral and surface integral, " and learn about the relationship between these new integration concepts and the double integral and triple integrals you learned in Part 3 of the series.

After learning up to the last series, you can consider yourself to have learned all the contents of the subject commonly called Calculus 2 in engineering schools.
One thing's for sure: after taking this course, you'll have a much deeper understanding of Calculus 2 than anyone else. Why? Because this course is of a quality unparalleled in the world! (Self-praise) Let's do our best to listen to the final series!

Let's take a look at some of the things you might be curious about about the course. 🙋‍♂️

Q. How is the quality of the lectures?
A. I can confidently say there's no other course like this one! You won't regret it!

Q. Are there any prerequisite courses required before taking the course?
A. You'll need all the material from Calculus 1 and the Vector Calculus series, Volumes 1 through 3! If you need to take the prerequisite courses, please check out the related courses below!

Q. The lecture content. Isn't it difficult?
A. Many students often find the integration-related material covered in Series 4 of Calculus 2 difficult. That's unavoidable. The sheer volume of material requires extensive coverage, and schools have a tight timeframe to cover it. I'm confident that the learning difficulties will disappear with ample explanations and visual aids to facilitate students' understanding.

Please note before taking the class!

  • 😪 If you feel like the lecture is speaking slowly, I recommend watching it at 1.25~1.5x speed.
  • 🙋‍♂️ Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions or suggestions for improvement.
  • 😫 We do not accept questions about personal homework, exam solutions, or genealogy solutions outside of the course content.

I'm almost done with the basics course. I'm working on it to release it within the first half of this year. Thank you.

    • Thank you for your reply! Actually, I am majoring in computational fluids in graduate school. Do you have any plans to teach numerical analysis?

    • tkn
      Instructor

It's not confirmed yet, but I'll think about it. But I don't think they'll teach enough numerical analysis to cover computational fluids. I think it would be better to study FEM separately.
