4. How to write a document that can be confirmed at once

I can give you some guidance.
It's an attempt to indicate the nature of the document at the end of the title.

If you look at the OOO proposal and OOO report, you can see what they are trying to do.
It would be good if you could compress it to less than 20 characters in a short and concise manner.
You can express it by dividing it into topics and subtopics.

And it is also possible to express relative things through contrast and comparison.
It can help increase immersion.
Because work always demands better performance, doing better than others.

5. Visualization - Persuading Effectively with Data and Graphs

The visualization process is as follows:
Data comparisons can be broadly divided into five categories.

First of all, if you want to show proportions, a pie chart is appropriate.
Most of the chart formats that can be used to express contrast, distribution, composition, and relationships are organized here.
