The definitions and concepts of UX terms were superficial, and it didn't seem like there was much to actually gain after taking the course.

It was great to be able to look back on my actual work style and analyze why tasks were difficult in a structured way. Rather than complete beginners or aspiring PDs, I think those who have been working for a few years and are feeling a bit burnt out or disillusioned will gain a lot of insight. I'm taking away many qualitative approaches rather than just specific technical workflows.

I'm preparing to become a UX designer without any prior experience, so I've been watching a lot of videos from practitioners. This had many questions I was curious about, and it was very helpful as it allowed me to think more broadly about my future career rather than just focusing on immediate portfolio preparation!
