It was great to be able to look back on my actual work style and analyze why tasks were difficult in a structured way. Rather than complete beginners or aspiring PDs, I think those who have been working for a few years and are feeling a bit burnt out or disillusioned will gain a lot of insight. I'm taking away many qualitative approaches rather than just specific technical workflows.
