The job market is also becoming increasingly polarized. Six out of ten new recruits are already mid-career recruits with 2-3 years of experience, and there are more and more companies that only conduct rolling recruitment without any open recruitment. Aren't you curious about realistic strategies to overcome the increasingly difficult employment gateway?
Specific ways to gain your own competitive edge in the job market
Why there are so many ‘used new hires’ in the recent new hire market
In these difficult times when it is difficult to find a job, how do I get into the company I really want to work for?
How to plan and build your career in the first 3 years after joining the company!
These days, the job market is particularly crowded with "second-hand recruits." With employment becoming increasingly difficult, the number of college entrance exam takers is increasing, with those who have already been admitted to college before, rather than repeat or retake the exam, increasingly rushing to apply.
These days, polarization is everywhere. The job market is no exception. Not only has the overall hiring landscape shrunk, but the so-called "open hiring" culture, where candidates were selected solely based on academic background and qualifications, is almost certainly coming to an end.
The expansion of rolling recruitment also means focusing on hiring people with strong careers, tailored to the needs of the job, and ready to immediately enter the workforce. In short, the "traditional hiring" approach of hiring and training "new hires"—a time-consuming and expensive process—is being abandoned. We're increasingly entering an era where only those with strong careers can consistently land good jobs. This underscores the importance of a good first job.
For about five years, I've been involved in various aspects of the hiring process for new and intern employees at a large corporation. Beyond simple resume consulting, I've also provided consulting services related to various employment-related matters. Based on this expertise, I've compiled my thoughts on how to best prepare for the job market these days, along with specific implementation methods. Aren't you curious?
✔️ College students in their 3rd or 4th year preparing for employment, or job seekers who are having trouble finding a job!
(I was also a job seeker who had to retake the test! 😂)
✔️ Those who have just started working or have 2-3 years of experience but wish to move to a better company
✔️ Those who started their career at a startup or small business but wish to move to a large company/foreign company
✔️ Experience in a small or medium-sized business. Those who have worked for a domestic company for at least 3 years, or approximately 5 to 10 years.
✔️ Above all, those who want to create a high salary 💸 , good benefits 🎁 , and a good career 📈 at a good company.
In this lecture, we will learn:
1) [This is free! Just read it once!] We'll explain why the number of new and experienced workers is increasing in the job market and what strategies we should adopt. Know your enemy and yourself to win!
2) We'll teach you how to identify a good company and what you should consider when choosing your first one. We'll honestly share everything you might not know until you actually work at a company! We'll even share practical details.
3) What if your first company really sucks? We'll tell you about the "good experience" you absolutely must have at your first company. And we'll share tips for building a good career even at a really bad company.
4) In addition, we'll provide detailed career management tips to help you land a job at a good company. The key is practice, right? We've compiled only the tips you can immediately apply to your company.
Above all, we will inform you of what preparations you need to make at each stage, from the initial stage of job search to the ultimate stage of settling down at the company of your choice, and what points you should keep in mind when working at a company.

Q. What kind of work do you do, and what kind of work have you done? Specifically, what kind of employment-related experience do you have?
First of all, as I mentioned earlier, I had to retake the job search. Fortunately, I was able to secure an internship opportunity through people I met through a "corporate linkage program" I participated in during my college years. The moment I added a line of about three months of practical experience to my resume, magical things began to happen. A completely different set of opportunities began to unfold for me, unlike my first year of retaking the job search.
That opportunity served as a springboard for me to join S, a company in Korea's top 100 conglomerates, as a new employee. I've since moved on to a foreign company. My current job is PM and service planning. For about five years, I've been involved in various recruitment-related activities, including campus recruiting for new hires, mentoring interns, supporting the hiring process, evaluating resumes, and serving as an interviewer.
Q. Why should I take this course?
If you have a senior job seeker who is actively helping you, you might not need to take this course!
However, there's no dedicated career mentor to guide you. One of the strangest things I've noticed, especially while giving lectures, blogging, and consulting on employment, is that many of the so-called "employment experts" I connect with at universities offer career consulting even though they've never actually worked themselves. In this lecture, I'll share my honest, unvarnished thoughts, based on my five years of experience as a campus recruiter and interviewer, as well as my own real-world work experience.
Q. Wouldn't it be possible to get a job right away through a large company's open recruitment? Is there a reason you think this strategy is necessary?
Of course, there are cases where you can land a job right away through a large company's open recruitment. If you're capable of that, you don't need to take my course. However, in my case, I didn't know how to prepare for the first year of job hunting. I ended up deliberately failing my grades, deferring graduation, and taking another year to find a job. It was then that I met a senior in the field by chance, and it made me realize how wrong my thinking was about employment.
I believe that with just one bit of proper coaching, your job preparation can change 180 degrees.
