I am a junior developer in my second year at a small business. While searching for a job as a mid-level new employee, I read the preview article on the instructor's Brunch and ended up paying for the lecture. I think this lecture will be most helpful for 4th year students preparing for employment, those who have completed an academy and are looking for a job, and even new employees who have just joined the company. For those like me who have already been working for several years and are applying right away, there aren't many things in the content that can actually be applied. There probably aren't many people who are joining the company they want from the beginning. As with other jobs, I think that experience is really important for developers, so it seems like a good idea to quickly join the company and then prepare for a job change. I recommend this to job seekers and new employees who are still fresh in society and need guidance on choosing a company or preparing for a job change.
