I thought it would only teach me how to use Obsidian, but it's a lecture that teaches how to properly build a personal knowledge management system. Being able to get an enormous amount of data, over 30MB, all at once, felt like the instructor's brain was directly transferred. I know proven methodologies like ACE Framework and 6F Journaling are good, but the reason they were difficult was that initial setup took too much time. But it was great to be able to skip that process. I've known about Obsidian for a while, but because I couldn't get into the habit, I always went back to Notion, which was always a shame. After taking this lecture, I plan to properly settle down with Obsidian. I highly recommend it to those who, like me, go back and forth between Notion and Obsidian!

I'm usually very interested in productivity and note-taking tools, so I tend to try out various tools. After using Notion for a long time, I naturally became interested in Obsidian. When I actually tried to use Obsidian, the interface felt unfamiliar, and it offered much more freedom than Notion, leaving me feeling overwhelmed about where to even begin. Amidst this, I heard that Damon was opening an Obsidian Masterclass, so I decided to take the offline class first. To put it simply, it was truly the best decision! It wasn't just a lecture that taught Obsidian's features; it was a class that fully conveyed Damon's expertise, accumulated over five years of using Obsidian. He explained everything step-by-step, from how to initially set up Obsidian and structure it, to introducing highly useful plugins, making it easy for even beginners to follow along without feeling overwhelmed. Since taking the class, I've been gradually building my own personal knowledge management system based on what I learned. The more I use it, the more I realize Obsidian is a truly fascinating tool. Most importantly, my recorded thoughts connect much more naturally than before, creating an organic flow of accumulation. I highly recommend this class to anyone curious about Obsidian but finding it difficult to start, or to those, like me, who want to find direction in personal knowledge management. It was a truly enriching class where I could learn essential content in depth without being overly difficult. Thank you!

This is a review from a participant of the 1st offline class. I first learned about Obsidian when Yeongsu briefly showed the tool during a PM study session. Obsidian looked very promising, but given its high degree of freedom, I felt it would take a considerable amount of time to study and research how to use this tool. At that time, I had no spare time, so the tool seemed distant to me, and I wasn't particularly interested. Instead, Yeongsu seemed like a person from the future, far ahead of me. Now, I've been able to create and operate a personal folder with a part of the life management framework Yeongsu has contemplated for years, all within just 6 hours. As an MBTI 'P' working as a PM and PO, I felt dragged around by work, trapped in a cycle I thought I couldn't escape as long as I worked as a PM, and was filled with self-loathing. Through the Obsidian lecture, I not only learned how to use the tool but also received comfort. Through Yeongsu's thoughts on work and life, which formed the foundation of the lecture, I realized that 'I, the person' exists above 'me, who works as a PM'. And I gained the conviction that the more I externalized and visualized the tasks and thoughts floating in my mind and structured them, the more I could take control of my work and life. After the first lecture, I was able to escape self-loathing, and after the second lecture, I was able to fill myself with confidence. I highly recommend Yeongsu's Obsidian class.

I keep concentrating and listening. This is truly an excellent lecture. As I listen to this lecture, which condenses knowledge accumulated over a long time, I find myself constantly rewatching, reviewing, and organizing. Obsidian is truly the best tool. After the lecture opened, I find myself revisiting the unclear theories and methods daily. The instructor's quick QnA responses are also incredibly helpful when applying what I learn. Honestly, if I had competitors in my field, I'd wish they never listened to this lecture, not even until their dying day. I consider note-taking and organization to be extremely important. So, it was always such a pity when I had to discard my well-organized physical notes after some time. It's on a completely different level compared to buying and organizing notes using note apps with weak compatibility. If you learn it well, it's a better tool than Notion. I feel like I'm building my own data in this AI era. I feel a thrill when the data I've organized gets processed through AI. Highly recommended.
From June 20th to August 29th, I did journaling every single day without missing one, and I experienced that my work patterns and lifestyle patterns really changed compared to before. During this period, I lost 8kg through morning exercise that I started. Journaling - reflecting on and recording my life every day - seems to have truly remarkable effects. Also, whenever you continue to provide updates like this, it's really great!
