In the face of a superior party disguised as a collaborator, I was always the one to raise the white flag first, and my team members always paid the price. Now, things are different. While the other party sat with their arms crossed, staring only at their phone, I stared alternately at the corners of documents and an empty water cup, unable to look them straight in the eye even once as my shirt collar became soaked with sweat. Through this lecture, I realized that the moment the words "adjustments are possible" leaked from my mouth was actually a time the other party was also struggling to endure. The crossed arms weren't a sign of superiority, but of defense. The person who appeared to be the "Alpha" was actually the "Beta." If you are someone who has lost every time in that same position, it is now your turn to win.

It was another "trust and listen" lecture from Jaesung! I didn't realize there were so many methods and elements involved in negotiation and persuasion, but thanks to the clean organization and easy-to-understand explanations, it was a time that allowed me to think deeply about these topics. Although I originally took the course because I was curious about salary negotiation, the other content was so informative that I received a lot of help. I think this lecture creates even greater synergy when taken alongside the 'Problem Solving Skills' course! Thank you for the great content~ :)

What you will gain after the course

  • Creating logical structures for negotiation and logical persuasion techniques

  • Emotional Negotiation Strategies and Emotional Persuasion Techniques

  • Persuasive communication that preempts the discussion

  • Negotiation strategies for different group sizes and environments

  • Logical and psychological techniques for resolving deadlocks

This course is currently at its lowest price as a serialized course!

In the AI era, what are the unique domains of humans?

The process of making final decisions, conducting sales and purchases, and reaching an agreement after coordinating opinions

At the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, ranked as the world's number one MBA,

A negotiation course has been established as the most popular class for several years

If you think about it, our entire daily lives are a series of negotiations.

Getting the proposal I want adopted in a company meeting,

Exchanging opinions to attract investment,

Making someone else buy my product, or dividing roles between a husband and wife

Even gaining favor on a blind date—every aspect of daily life is a negotiation

This is not a lecture that simply presents concepts and examples of negotiation.

By combining the AI expertise of Jaesung Kim, who has led AI-related initiatives at Kakao,

We will show you how to practically utilize AI when conducting negotiations.

It is disappointing in many ways that the materials provided in the lecture and the level of communication did not meet expectations. What is most disappointing, however, is the instructor's attitude shown in the review section. As someone who teaches 'problem-solving' and 'persuasion,' it feels highly contradictory to see you engage in aggressive arguments against the regretful feedback of students who have paid a fair price and confirmed their purchase. I have deep doubts about whether one can truly learn problem-solving and negotiation from someone who cannot accept negative evaluations from paying customers and instead responds emotionally.

I do not believe that just because you paid for a lecture, I must say "Oh, yes, thank you" even when being called a "scammer" or "the worst." You were rude starting from the open chat room and followed up with a rude review, so I simply responded accordingly. I do not believe I did anything wrong. (You even admitted in the comments below that it is a fact you were rude.) If you had written your feedback as politely as this, I would have apologized for my shortcomings. In fact, I have never responded aggressively to all low ratings; I have accepted my deficiencies and apologized where necessary. However, I do not see the need to bow my head to an irrational person who speaks in a manner bordering on verbal abuse just because I am selling something. This is especially true because I teach problem-solving and negotiation. Should I unconditionally admit fault and give in to an irrational and senseless person just because they spent money? That is neither problem-solving nor negotiation. If you believe you can say anything just because you paid, that behavior is what we call an "abuse of power." I have no obligation to be kind in the face of such abuse. As you mentioned, since you spent your money, I will accept your evaluation as it is. It seems you also gave a 1-star rating to my previous problem-solving lecture; I am sorry for creating an insufficient lecture, and I hope you gain ample knowledge from other courses.

The worst course ever. They didn't even keep their promise to upload course materials, and in the end, they made it so you have to pay 55,000 KRW just to download the PDF... This person is... more like a scammer than a consultant. I'm giving 1 star only because there's no 0-star option. Please try to be even a fraction as good as other Inflearn instructors.

The worst student. You demanded the lecture materials in a rude and unpleasant tone, and after completing only 6% of the course, writing something like this just makes it obvious you're whining because you didn't get the materials for free, you know that? Others complete 100% of the course and give it 5 stars—who do you think is more credible? This person isn't a student; they're just a nuisance and a whiner. I hope you can manage to follow along even a fraction as much as the other students do.

    • Ugh, what a loser. Leaving a comment like this just because a student said something, lol. Is this why McKinsey gets so much hate too? You can't even persuade a student like me... Is it rude to ask an instructor to upload lecture materials? If so, then you're right, lol. Why don't you upload that "rude" KakaoTalk message? lol. I wonder if even a single student would empathize with you. lol. Fine, let's say it's a fact that I'm rude, but "charging extra for lecture materials while I'm already taking the course"? I've spent millions of won on Inflearn courses so far, and this is the first time I've ever seen this. You didn't even keep your promise after saying, "I will definitely upload the materials by [date]"... Then, months later, you say, "Pay 55,000 won more if you want the materials~" and when I complain, you call it whining? 'You're so smart since you graduated from Seoul National University~' 'Your judgment is so quick~' Who do you think benefits from having a war of words here? lol. You should have said from the beginning, "Lecture materials will be uploaded a long time after the course ends and will cost extra," Or made an announcement. But you said nothing, and then suddenly, "Pay 55,000 won more~" Are you saying this isn't a scam?
