It is disappointing in many ways that the materials provided in the lecture and the level of communication did not meet expectations. What is most disappointing, however, is the instructor's attitude shown in the review section. As someone who teaches 'problem-solving' and 'persuasion,' it feels highly contradictory to see you engage in aggressive arguments against the regretful feedback of students who have paid a fair price and confirmed their purchase. I have deep doubts about whether one can truly learn problem-solving and negotiation from someone who cannot accept negative evaluations from paying customers and instead responds emotionally.

I do not believe that just because you paid for a lecture, I must say "Oh, yes, thank you" even when being called a "scammer" or "the worst." You were rude starting from the open chat room and followed up with a rude review, so I simply responded accordingly. I do not believe I did anything wrong. (You even admitted in the comments below that it is a fact you were rude.) If you had written your feedback as politely as this, I would have apologized for my shortcomings. In fact, I have never responded aggressively to all low ratings; I have accepted my deficiencies and apologized where necessary. However, I do not see the need to bow my head to an irrational person who speaks in a manner bordering on verbal abuse just because I am selling something. This is especially true because I teach problem-solving and negotiation. Should I unconditionally admit fault and give in to an irrational and senseless person just because they spent money? That is neither problem-solving nor negotiation. If you believe you can say anything just because you paid, that behavior is what we call an "abuse of power." I have no obligation to be kind in the face of such abuse. As you mentioned, since you spent your money, I will accept your evaluation as it is. It seems you also gave a 1-star rating to my previous problem-solving lecture; I am sorry for creating an insufficient lecture, and I hope you gain ample knowledge from other courses.
