While some course reviews express disappointment regarding the way the course is managed, I believe it is necessary to separate the quality of the content itself from its practical value. I am leaving this review based on my perspective as an actual student. The most prominent feature of this course is that it interprets the concepts of "persuasion" and "negotiation"—which are often consumed abstractly—in a highly structured manner and explains them based on real business cases. It doesn't just talk about simple speech patterns or communication skills; it covers how to analyze and approach the opponent's interests, decision-making structures, and negotiation frames. Personally, I felt that the expression "a lecture where you hear as much as you know" is the most appropriate. Because the density of the content is quite high, the context and intentions conveyed in the lecture become clearer as you gain more practical experience. As a professional in my fourth year, I am also taking the course repeatedly to apply it to my actual work rather than trying to absorb everything at once. In particular, applying the course content during communication with team members, supervisors, and clients, I felt that it was closer to a way of thinking that designs a logical structure that leaves the other party no choice but to move, rather than just being a level of speaking well. I see this as the type of lecture whose value grows as you repeatedly internalize it alongside practical experience, rather than a lecture to be consumed lightly. I believe there are plenty of insights to be gained for those in roles that ultimately require persuading people, such as sales, marketing, consulting, and business development. I hope this helps.

Thank you so sincerely for the great review :) The reason I decided to create this course was that many people think of negotiation as a concept used only in academic settings, courtrooms, or movie hostage situations, even though it happens constantly in most business environments. I am truly grateful that you recognized the true value of the course content, and I hope the remaining lessons will be of great help to you as well. Thank you!
