While Claude Code books are starting to be published now, this hot AI has no history as it was released not long ago and is just at the stage of writing its history, so I expect many updates and changes to occur in the future. Even if you buy a book, a revised edition will come out belatedly when updates occur, and if small changes happen periodically, buying a new book each time would be very burdensome. However, since the instructor of Jim Coding's Claude Code course has publicly promised to consistently maintain and update it, I'm confident that purchasing the instructor's course rather than a book will be worth more than the tuition fee in the long run. As a developer with seven years of experience, I have always defined myself as a "backend-only developer." Before taking this course, I only had vague curiosity about the actual usage of Claude Code and Cursor AI. I had taken another instructor's course first and happened to discover this instructor, and I was so impressed by the way they explained everything meticulously yet easily that I purchased the Next.js course as my first paid course. I felt it then, but in this Claude Code course as well, I could truly feel the instructor's sincerity. Rather than simply listing features, they systematically organized how to utilize them within actual development workflows, allowing me to apply them immediately to my work.
