Commercial areas have a life cycle that repeats the rise and fall of trends and times. Real estate investment managers must be able to learn and analyze various types of commercial areas. They must also analyze the rise and fall of new commercial areas in advance and lead them to successful investments.

This course presents theories and various cases for real estate location analysis to help you develop the ability to find factors that can change a commercial area and select a commercial area that is easy to invest in.

We have helped you understand the rapidly changing real estate market environment, establish investment strategies, acquire basic methodologies for real estate location and commercial area analysis, and establish facility and building development strategies.
