CANoe: A Must-Know for the Automotive Industry?

This is a message measurement and simulation tool for CAN communication, a standard for vehicle communication networks, and is one of the most widely used tools by domestic and foreign automobile companies .

This course requires a basic understanding of CAN communication. We recommend that you study the following lectures before taking this course.

• This course does not cover CAPL (the programming language used to control CANoe), Automatic Testing, or Panels. These topics will be covered in a separate course in the future.
• CANoe is an expensive tool (costing over 10 million won), making it difficult to practice unless you're already working. However, given that few new employees come in knowing how to use CANoe in advance, I believe that learning it in advance can be a valuable asset.
• The CANoe SW version used in this lecture is 15. However, the functions explained in the lecture are very basic, so there's not much difference from older versions.
