You'll gain a very clear understanding of what diagnostic communication is in automotive SW roles, and what a diagnostic communication practitioner does and how! This lecture provides content specific enough for practitioners to immediately start work with actual spec documents.
You can learn very specifically about fault diagnosis/diagnostic communication.
I can understand what 'practitioners do' concerning diagnostic communication.
Car diagnostic communication that no one told you about,
I'll teach you everything in detail, just like a real shooter! 🚗
You, who are in charge of diagnostic communication work at the company,
I feel embarrassed to ask my senior everything
Education is only expensive external training costing hundreds of thousands of won!
- New employee -
I need to assign a new employee to do diagnostic communication work.
There's no time, but there's a lot to tell you.
Where and how should I start telling you...
- Shooter office worker -
All controllers in a car must be capable of diagnostic communication.
So, if you look at job postings from auto parts companies such as Hyundai Mobis, Mando, LG Electronics VS Division, LG Innotek, and LS Automotive, the word "diagnostic communication " frequently appears in job descriptions or preferred qualifications.
There are several blogs that explain diagnostic communication, but reading them alone won't give you a good understanding.
I am currently working on MCU SW development in the automotive industry.
When I was a job seeker, no matter how many times I read job postings, I couldn't quite grasp what the job entailed. While searching the internet revealed a wealth of information, I couldn't grasp it at all. Below are excerpts from actual job postings . (The term "diagnostic communication" is underlined in red.)
Recently, many companies have been making efforts to create YouTube channels and blogs related to their jobs. However, from the perspective of a job seeker, no matter how much I read, these explanations are too abstract and leave me wondering, "So, what exactly do you do?" Understanding the "overview" is crucial, but many articles lack that and focus solely on specific details.
What if you could understand the veiled nature of diagnostic communication, providing a detailed and concrete understanding of what practitioners do and how they do it? This would be helpful for applicants when choosing a position, and since they'd already studied the subject in advance, it would be a win-win situation for the hiring team.
After taking this course, I'm 100% confident you'll have a clear understanding of what diagnostic communication is, and you'll be able to learn on your own, even in areas I haven't covered, using online resources. Let's take on the challenge together!
💡 I explain things so that even people with absolutely no background knowledge can understand them clearly . When writing a book or giving a lecture, it's easy to forget memories from when you were a beginner. So, there are often cases where people assume, "You'll understand this much without me explaining it," and move on. I tried to make it so that even people with absolutely no background knowledge can understand it clearly without leaving an inch of awkwardness.
📢 Please check before taking the class!
I have considerable experience lecturing job seekers on similar topics. I'm confident in making my concepts concrete and understandable, without them seeming abstract or far-fetched. I lecture with the mindset of handing over knowledge to new employees.
When you take a class in college, the textbooks are hundreds of pages thick. If you were to read them from cover to cover without anyone explaining them, it would be incredibly difficult to learn. That's why we attend lectures, and through them, we learn the core content. Once you've mastered the core, you can simply flip through the book whenever you need to find what you need. I think you can understand my lectures in the same way.
Q. Is player knowledge required?
You should have a basic understanding of the C language. If you know what variables are, what the "if-else" command is, and what the "switch-case" command is, you'll have no trouble taking the course.
Q. Will taking this course help me get a job?
The diagnostic communications job is one of many, and we wouldn't hire you just because you know diagnostic communications.
However, since it is a skill that is required by most departments and you don't have the opportunity to learn it in school or elsewhere, being knowledgeable about it will be one of the weapons that will help you stand out from the crowd of applicants.
If I were the interviewer, I would think like this:
"Diagnostic communication is something you can't learn without working in the field. How do you know this? Were you always interested in vehicles?"
Q. Does the course include practical training?
This course does not include hands-on training. To perform diagnostic communication, you'll need a controller and diagnostic device. After attending the course, you'll understand that hands-on training isn't particularly necessary.
Q. Isn't it too easy for practitioners to hear? / Isn't it too difficult for job seekers to hear?
While the explanations are detailed and easy to understand, even without background knowledge, the content is never skimmed. After taking this course, you'll be able to immediately implement diagnostic communication code or use diagnostic devices without any problems.
