From the perspective of someone who is new to service planning, I think this is a good lecture to go over the basic concepts when the service gradually takes shape and the time comes to worry about things like UI/UX and UX Writing.

Thank you for showing me some good UX examples, and the videos weren't too long, so I enjoyed taking the time to listen to the lecture!
