When I first saw the name of the lecture, I wanted to take it because I realized that UX Writing has been used in many places. I was able to learn the basic concepts of UX Writing well. Thank you.

From the perspective of someone who is new to service planning, I think this is a good lecture to go over the basic concepts when the service gradually takes shape and the time comes to worry about things like UI/UX and UX Writing.
