From the perspective of someone who is new to service planning, I think this is a good lecture to go over the basic concepts when the service gradually takes shape and the time comes to worry about things like UI/UX and UX Writing.

UX Writing is also considered important these days in terms of inducing user behavior, so I expect it will also be helpful in service planning. Haha. Thank you for the course review!
