Since I started my career focusing on SI projects, I always struggled with how to appeal my strengths to interviewers whenever I wrote my resume. I purchased this e-book based on a recommendation, and it does a great job of explaining how to present an SI background attractively rather than just listing experiences. The structure—explaining the overall theory first followed by real-world examples—made it easy to understand, and I liked that I could immediately see points to apply to my own resume while reading.

I had received mentoring several times before, but it simply ended with suggestions about which parts to improve. I had some idea of how to write a resume, but this helped reinforce it once more and seemed to help me think about it more deeply. I recently received mentoring from Grit mentor. This e-book contains the core content of that mentoring. If I were to leave a one-line review, it would be that I gained value beyond the amount I invested. While preparing for a job change, I looked at resumes of fellow developers around me and revised my own resume countless times. However, if you started your developer career in SI, honestly, there isn't much special content worth putting on your resume. Project experiences are all similar, and it's difficult to create a resume that stands out to anyone. That's why many people take bootcamps or online courses to learn new tech stacks in order to increase their resume acceptance rate. I did the same. But from my experience, to be brutally honest, that alone makes it difficult to fundamentally improve the resume itself. This book contains stories about "What can I do with what I have?" instead of "What am I lacking?" The same experience becomes a much more attractive story when you change your perspective. Rather than simply listing technologies like "I developed this," it teaches you how to attractively tell your own story by incorporating your perspective as a developer. I recommend this book to those who are worried because they have SI experience or don't have special projects. You can learn that how you show what you have ultimately makes the difference.

This course doesn't just end with fixing resume sentences or formatting. It's a practical course where you can learn to think from a recruiter's perspective and reinterpret your experiences from that viewpoint. By applying the various examples and actual resume cases from the course to your own projects, you'll get a sense of 'how to present it' rather than 'what to write.' The previously vague direction of resume writing becomes clear, and you can organize your experiences in a persuasive way. I especially want to recommend this to those writing a resume for the first time, or those who feel overwhelmed about where to start.

Actually, unless you have truly rare experiences, I think about 5 out of 10 people write similar content on their resumes. So what's important is how to express those experiences in a more eye-catching way. This book addresses that concern very well. It clearly outlines the methods and mindset for how to make your experiences stand out, and it's really well organized. I've received various mentoring sessions, but this book definitely made me look at resumes from a different perspective than other mentors, and I was able to learn a completely new way of expressing myself. When you first read it, it might feel somewhat awkward or not immediately resonate. So I recommend first picking one experience you're confident about, and slowly applying this book's approach to it. Even if you properly apply it to just one experience, you'll get a sense of what direction to take when writing your entire resume. I highly recommend reading this book!

I can really feel the sincerity and genuine care. It's been a while since the bootcamp ended, and I'm thinking it would have been great if I had known about this earlier... I went to many other mentoring sessions, but I never really knew what I should do, and it was difficult because every mentor and instructor said different things.
