While receiving mentoring from Grit mentor, I realized that 'resumes also need strategy.' I had received mentoring several times before, but it simply ended with suggestions about which parts to improve. However, Grit's mentoring and this course very specifically teach you how to structure your experiences and what flow you should create for readers. Also, rather than just fixing sentences at a surface level, it makes you think once more about "why I used this technology," which helped me create a more confident resume and furthermore helped with interviews as well. I rewrote my resume several times to make it attractive, but through that process, I felt that I was growing myself! I think this is a course that rebuilds the framework of your resume, so I highly highly recommend it! :)
