We wanted to change the world with content.

In 2015, we started as a small company called 'Publy'. We grew rapidly, but behind that growth were countless misjudgments and moments swept away by external expectations. 10 years later, after selling the company and looking back, I could see the decisive moments. These are the records of 10 decision-making moments captured in 『Navigating Through Failure』.

Curious about the real story hidden behind rapid growth?
Critical moments that would have been lost if not recorded

I focused only on rapid growth and lost sight of the essence, making irreversible choices.

Through all these experiences, I now know how to establish unwavering standards.

Establish solid standards for your product-building journey. Let's start right now.
